Summary:V diplomskem delu smo se posvetili problemu staranja zaposlenih v proizvodnji. Želeli smo ugotoviti, ali so starejši ljudje pripravljeni zamenjati svoje delovno mesto glede na njihove sposobnosti, ki se z leti zmanjšujejo. Bistvo diplomskega dela je bilo raziskati, kakšno mnenje imajo zaposleni o reorganizaciji, kako jo dojemajo, na kakšen način so obveščeni o reorganizaciji in, kar je najpomembnejše, ali so sami pripravljeni priznati svoje pomanjkljivosti, ki jih prinese staranje organizma. Staranje ni bolezen, je del našega življenja. Cilj diplomskega dela je bil prikazati, kakšne učinke ima staranje pri zaposlenih. Namen je bil raziskati, ali staranje vpliva na delo oziroma na učinek na delovnem mestu. Raziskali smo, ali so učinki staranja bolj pogosto pozitivni ali negativni. Prav tako je bil namen raziskati, kakšen pogled imajo zaposleni v proizvodnji na reorganizacijo procesa. Do rezultatov smo prišli s pomočjo analize, ki smo jo opravili na podlagi anketnih vprašalnikov, ki smo jih razdelili med zaposlene v proizvodnem podjetju. Hipotezo, da ima starost oziroma staranje na delovnem mestu tako pozitivne kot negativne učinke, smo potrdili. Zaposleni v proizvodnji imajo v večini enako mnenje o reorganizaciji. Vendar tu nastopi druga težava: zaposlenim se zdi reorganizacija smiselna in primerna pot za reševanje težav staranja, vendar si ne želijo prerazporeditve na drugo delovno mesto. To negiranje lahko razložimo s tem, da je večina anketirancev mnenja, da so trenutno na ustreznem delovnem mestu, zato si prerazporejanja ne želijo. In our diploma thesis we focussed on the problem of senescence of the employees. We tried to find out if the older workers are willing to change their work place according to their abilities that have decreased over the years. The aim of the diploma thesis was to take a closer look at the employees’ opinion about reorganisation, to investigate how the employees are informed, how do they perceive the process of reorganisation, and most importantly, if the workers are willing to confess their disabilities caused by the process of aging. Senescence is not a disease, it is a part of our life. The goal of the diploma thesis was to show the influence of the aging process on the working force. Our purpose was to research if senescence affects work or the effect at the work place. We investigated if there are more advantages or disadvantages that the process of aging brings along. Our intention was to find out how the employees perceive the process of reorganisation. With the help of the filled out questionnaires by the employees at the production company, we were able to analyse the outcome of the research. We confirmed our hypothesis that senescence does not only negatively but also positively affects the working force. The employees mostly have equal view or opinion regarding reorganisation at the work place. However, there is one problem: Workers consider reorganisation as a reasonable and suitable way of solving the problems of senescence, yet no one wants to be relocated to a different work place. Most of the interviewees namely stated that they currently have a suitable workplace and therefore do not want to be relocated.
