Summary:Ustrezno in uspešno sodelovanje ter komunikacija sta še kako pomembna dejavnika med strokovnimi delavci vrtca in starši. Prav tako se tudi otroci preko primernega zgleda naučijo veščin sodelovanja in komuniciranja. Teoretični del diplomskega dela obsega predstavitev glavnih razlik in podobnosti organizacije dela, programov, ustanovitelja in financiranja tako javnih kot tudi zasebnih vrtcev. V nadaljevanju je predstavljeno sodelovanje s starši, kjer so opisane različne oblike, kot so roditeljski sestanki, individualne pogovorne ure, svet staršev, razne delavnice. Predstavljena je tudi komunikacija in na koncu še partnerstvo med strokovnimi delavci in starši ter kakšne so razlike med sodelovanjem in partnerstvom. Teoretičnemu delu sledi še empirični, v katerem so predstavljeni rezultati raziskave, pri kateri nas je zanimalo, katerih oblik sodelovanja s starši se strokovni delavci poslužujejo in v kolikšni meri ter prav tako, katerih oblik se starši najpogosteje udeležujejo. Rezultati so nam pokazali tudi katero obliko komunikacije strokovni delavci najpogosteje uporabljajo, ter ali so po njihovem mnenju starši in oni sami zadovoljni s sodelovanjem in komunikacijo. Appropriate and effective cooperation and communication are very important factors among professional kindergarten workers and parents. Children learn skills of cooperation and communication through a suitable model. The theoretical part of the thesis includes the presentation of the main differences and similarities of work organisation in programmes, founder and financing of public and private kindergartens. The cooperation with parents, which describes various forms, such as parental meetings, individual hours of conversation, parents’ council, different workshops, is presented in continuation. The thesis also presents communication and finally the partnership between professional workers and parents, and the differences between cooperation and partnership. The theoretical part is followed by an empirical, which presents the results of research in which we were interested in forms of cooperation with parents. We wanted to know which forms of cooperation with parents the professionals use, to what extend and also which types parents most often attend. The results showed the form of communication most commonly used by professional workers and whether, on their opinion, they consider parents and themselves satisfied with the cooperation and communication.
