Summary:Namen naloge je teoretično opredeliti in nato idejno zasnovati, didaktično oblikovati in izvesti projektni teden, v katerem bodo otroci prepoznavali surovo sadje v sadovnjaku, opazovali in aktivno sodelovali v procesu predelave sadja in pri nastajanju novega produkta. Glavni namen projekta je, da bi otroci bili ob opazovanju in aktivnem vključevanju v dejavnosti sami sposobni napovedati rešitev problema, načrtovati raziskavo, zbirati informacije ter predstaviti rezultate. Otroci so ob opazovanju, spremljanju ter izvajanju eksperimenta razvijali predvidene naravoslovne kompetence in eksperimentalne spretnosti. Za analizo je bila uporabljena deskriptivna metoda. Skozi projekt smo potrdili razvijanje sposobnosti in spretnosti opazovanje, organiziranje in analiziranje informacij, primerjanje in razvrščanje po izbranih kriterijih. The purpose of this diploma work is to theoretically define and then make a conceptual and didactic design and at last perform a project week. During this week children will identify raw fruit in an orchard, they will observe and actively took part in the process of fruit processing and they will help to create a new product. The main purpose of the project is to motivate children, who will participate with the observing and with the active involvement in the activity, so they could predict the solution of the problem, plan the research, collect the information and present the results by themselves. During the observation, monitoring and the implement of the experiment children were developing planned natural science competences and experimental skills. For the analysis the descriptive method was used. This project has confirmed development of the abilities and skills, observing, organizing and analysing of the information, and comparison and the classification according to the selected criteria.
