Summary:Vitka proizvodnja je termin, ki se je prvič pojavil v knjigi "The Machine That Changed the World" avtorja James P. Womack. Poimenuje proces iskanja učinkovitosti in odstranjevanja nepotrebnih korakov, ki ne dodajo vrednosti končnemu produktu. Želja je ustvariti proces s katerim bi zagotovili visoko kvaliteto, varnost in motiviranost delavcev ob tem bi pa manjšali stroške in proizvodnji čas. V pomoč k uvedbi vitke proizvodnje so na voljo številna orodja. Najpogosteje uporabljena in tudi učinkovita so: kaizen, 5s, vizualizacija ( Visual Management), Standardno delo (standard Work), analiza izgube časa (LTA- Lost time analysis) in avtonomno vzdrževanje. Bolj podrobno smo preučeval avtonomno vzdrževanje, v izbrani delavnici v podjetju GKN Driveline Slovenija d.o.o. Glavni cilj avtonomnega vzdrževanja je, da začnejo operaterji na strojih in vzdrževalci sodelovati ter se operaterje izuči, da lahko manjše okvare sami odpravijo. Lean production is a term that was first mentioned in James P. Womack’s The Machine That Changed the World. It describes the process of searching effectiveness and disposal of unnecessary steps that don’t add value to the end product. The wish is to create a process, with which we would guarantee high quality, safety, motivation of workers and at the same time reduce expenses and production time. To help initiating slim production we have several tools to offer, of which the following are used the most and are the most effective: kaizen, 5s, visualisation (Visual Management, standard work, lost time analysis (LTA) and autonomous maintenance. I mainly focused on autonomous maintenance in a chosen workshop in the company GKN Driveline Slovenija d.o.o. The main goal of autonomous maintenance is to make operators and maintenance workers start cooperating and to teach operators how to fix certain defects by themselves.
