Summary:V času krize, ko podjetja zapirajo vrata, ko večje število ljudi izgubi zaposlitev in se znajdejo v težki situaciji, se prične iskati vzroke za nastalo situacijo. V zasavski regiji, ki je po brezposelnosti nad povprečjem v Sloveniji, kjer je vrata zaprlo večina večjih podjetij, kjer je izobrazbena struktura pod slovenskim povprečjem, je to vprašanje še bolj pereče. Ravno zaradi tega, smo se odločili to področje raziskati. Ugotoviti smo želeli, kakšno imajo mnenje zaposleni v zasavski regiji, glede zaposlovanja ljudi z neprimerno izobrazbo, ter na kakšen način so sami prišli do zaposlitve. V prvem delu diplomskega dela smo najprej opredelili pojme zaposlovanje, delodajalci in delojemalci. Predstavili izbiranje in uvajanje kadrov, predstavili suficitarne in deficitarne poklice ter aktivno politiko zaposlovanja. V drugem delu diplomskega dela smo predstavili raziskavo, ki smo jo izvedli med zaposlenimi v zasavski regiji. Ugotovili smo, kašna je struktura zaposlenih v zasavski regiji, kakšno je njihovo mnenje glede ustreznosti njihove formalne izobrazbe po smeri in stopnji izobrazbe, kakšen poudarek so delodajalci dajali na izkušnje, kje in kako so iskali zaposlitev, na kakšen način so zaposlitev dobili ter kakšno je njihovo mnenje glede zaposlitve ljudi na delovno mesto, za katero niso primerni. V zaključnem delu smo predstavili ugotovitve in predloge za izboljšanje stanja. In times of crisis, when companies are closing doors, when large number of people have lost their jobs and found themselves in a difficult situation, it is time to find the cause for this problem. This issue is even more pressing in the Zasavska region, which has above the average unemployment rate in Slovenia, where most of the major companies have closed doors, and where the educational structure is below the Slovenian average. That is why we decided to explore the area. We wanted to determine what kind of opinion are employees in Zasavska region in terms of employment of people with inadequate qualifications, and how have they gain the employment. In the first part of the thesis, we first define the concepts of employment, employers and employees. We presented the selection and deployment of human resources, presented in oversupply and shortage occupations, and an active employment policy. In the second part of the thesis, we presented the study, which was been conducted among employees in the Zasavska region. We found what does the structure of employees in the Zasavska region looks like. What is their opinion on the appropriateness of their formal education at the direction and level of education, how much emphasis employers place on experience, where and how they were looking for a job, and how the gain the job, and what is their opinion on the employment of people in the workplace, which is not suitable. In the final part, we present the conclusions and suggestions for improvement.
