STILI VODENJA IN VKLJUČEVANJE ZAPOSLENIH V PROCES ODLOČANJA

Summary: | Obstaja veliko razlag in definicij pojma vodenje, vendar če vse skupaj strnemo v eno misel lahko vodenje razumemo kot usmerjanje ljudi k skupnemu cilju. Dobro vodenje je konstantno vrhunsko delovanje, ki ima pozitivne dolgoročne učinke na vse zaposlene. V praksi obstaja več različnih stilov vodenja in cilj vsake organizacije bi naj bil usmerjanje k tistim stilom vodenja, ki omogoča zaposlenim doseganje optimalnih rezultatov ob hkratnem osebnem zadovoljstvu. Pri vključevanju zaposlenih v proces odločanja gre za vključevanje sodelavcev v procese odločanja in delitev moči odločanja. Vodja lahko zaradi zaupanja v sposobnosti sodelavcev njim prepusti tudi del odločanja ter njihove predloge upošteva pri pomembnejših odločitvah. Raziskava je temeljila na kvantitativni metodi raziskovanja, metodi deskripcije. Uporabili smo tehniko anketiranja. Za instrument smo uporabili anketni vprašalnik, ki smo ga oblikovali na osnovi pregleda literature. Uporabili smo ne slučajni priročni vzorec v katerega smo vključili 80 zaposlenih regijske bolnišnice x. Pravilno izpolnjenih in vrnjenih je bilo 66 anketnih vprašalnikov, kar predstavlja 82,5 % realizacijo vzorca. Podatki so bili zbrani in obdelani s programom Microsoft Office Excel in SPSS. Na podlagi raziskave smo ugotovili, da lahko od treh postavljenih hipotez, dve hipotezi potrdimo in eno ovržemo. V preučevanem okolju prevladuje transformacijsko vodenje in vodje, ki uporabljajo tak način vodenja, bolj vključujejo zaposlene v procese odločanja. Nismo pa potrdili, da je vključevanje zaposlenih v procese odločanja povezano s stopnjo njihove izobrazbe in dolžino delovne dobe. Živimo v času, ko se je potrebno z zaposlenimi vedno več in poglobljeno ukvarjati. Kajti zaposleni od vodstev in vodij bolj kot ukaze, pričakujejo navdih in motivacijo v zameno za prizadevnost in zavzetost, ki jih običajno sami vlagajo v delo. Good leadership is a constant superior performance which has positive long-term effects on all employees. In practice, there are several different styles of leadership and goal each organization was supposed to be directing to those styles of leadership that allows employees achieve optimum results while personal satisfaction. Employees in the decision-making process comes to integration of employees in decision-making processes and the sharing of decision-making power. Head may be due to confidence in the ability of employees leaving him a part of the decision-making and their suggestions taken into account for major contributor decisions. The research was based on quantitative methods of research, method descriptions. we used the technique of interviewing. The instrument we used a questionnaire, which was developed based on a literature review. We used a coincidental sample which also includes 80 employees Regional Hospital X, duly completed and returned the questionnaires was 66, which represents a 82.5% realization of the sample. Data were collected and processed using Microsoft Office Excel and SPSS. On the basis of our research, we found that the three hypotheses, two hypotheses to confirm and disprove one.
