Diplomsko delo se osredinja na ureditev delovnega procesa maloserijske proizvodnje v obratu Šoštanj (MSP). Namen ureditve MSP je izboljšava delovnega procesa, ki s seboj prinese večjo produktivnost delavcev, motivacijo delavcev v proizvodnji, ergonomsko lažje delo za posameznega delavca in na koncu še prihranek pri materialu ali delu. V pričujočem delu se bomo osredotočili na več pristopov tako teorije kot prakse. Za izboljševanje je ključnega pomena uvajanje Lean-projekta, tj. vitka proizvodnja. Z uvajanjem projekta Lean bomo delovni proces skušali čim bolj optimirati in urediti oziroma vizualizirati. V projekt bomo vključili sodelavce iz proizvodnje, da bodo tudi sami čutili odgovornost do spremembe v obratu. V diplomskem delu je predstavljeno obstoječe stanje obrata MSP, ki bo tudi naše izhodišče za optimizacijo procesa. Za vsak problem bo predstavljena problematika in rešitev za problematiko z različnimi Lean-orodji. Diplomsko delo prav tako zajema razvoj in predlog uvedbe mikroplaniranja proizvodnje in izkoristek strojev v proizvodnji. The thesis focuses on the organization of the working process of the small-batch production in the plant Šoštanj (MSP). The purpose of the organization of MSP is the improvement of the working process, which leads to better productivity of workers, higher motivation of workers in the production, ergonomically easier work for the individual worker and also savings in material or work. In this part we will focus on several approaches in theory and practice. The introduction of the Lean - project, i.e. lean production is greatly important for the improvement. With the introduction of Lean project we will try to optimize the working process and organize or visualize it as much as possible. In this project we will include the co-workers from the production, so that they can too feel responsible for the changes in plant. The thesis represents the current state of the plant MSP, which is also the basis for the optimization of the process. The problems and the solutions will be presented for each problem separately with different Lean – tools. This thesis also includes the development and the proposal of introduction of micro-planning of the production and the utilization of machines in the production.
