V zadnjem poglavju podajamo rezultate ankete, ki smo jo izvedli med gosti turističnih kmetij. Z njo smo želeli izvedeti, kako na povezavo kategorizacije in kakovosti gledajo gostje, kolikšen pomen imajo regionalne jedi in hrana, ki jo kmetje pridelajo sami kakšno vlogo imata ambient in domačnost turistične kmetije in kakšno tradicija na podeželju. Gostje menijo, da jim kakovost veliko pomeni in da zaupajo kategorizaciji nastanitvenih obratov. Prav tako menijo, da bi se laže odločili za obisk izletniške kmetije, če bi ta bila kategorizirana. V največjem deležu pa je prav regionalna hrana tista, ki jih spodbudi k večkratni odločitvi za obisk turistične kmetije. Turizem kot ena največjih gospodarskih dejavnosti postaja čedalje bolj kompleksna dejavnost, gostje pa čedalje bolj zahtevni. Ker je konkurenca na trgu vsako leto večja, mora vsaka kmetija poskrbeti za kakovost svojih storitev. The last chapter presents results of the survey that was conducted among the guests of the tourist farms. With it we wanted to find out how the guests see the connection between categorization and quality, what impact do regional dishes and localy produced ingridients have on guests and what role does the ambiance with a homely feel play and how is the tradition concidered. To most of the guests quality means a lot and they trust accommodation categorization. The common opinion is that it would make an easier decision to visit excoursion farms if they were categorised. But regional food is the thing that convinces the guest to visit tourism farms more often. Turism as one of the leading economic branches is becoming more and more complex and the guests more demanding. The stiff competition on the market makes it necessary for each individual farm to ensure its own best quality of services.
