Summary:Uspešnost vsakega podjetja je v veliki meri odvisna od vodenja, vodenje pa bi lahko opredelili kot odnos nadrejenega s podrejenim. Zato je pomembno, da zna vodja svoje podrejene motivirati, da dobro opravljajo svoje delo. Pomembno je, da v človeku zna poiskati tisto, kar ga veseli in motivira, ker sta motiviranje in zadovoljstvo glavna dejavnika uspeha in osrednja skrb vsakega podjetja. Toda moramo se zavedati, da so si ljudje različni in da se potrebe zaposlenih, njihove želje in cilji nenehno spreminjajo, zato je potrebno nenehno prilagajanje, da bi dosegli zadovoljivo motiviranost zaposlenih. Uspešno motiviranje je zato eden bistvenih elementov uspešnosti vsakega podjetja. Za doseganje uspešne učinkovitosti zaposlenih je potrebna njihova visoka motiviranost za delo, kar vodje poskušajo doseči z različnimi motivacijskimi dejavniki. Uspešno motivirani zaposleni so pripravljeni veliko prispevati v podjetju, ker si to sami želijo in ne zato, ker so v to prisiljeni. Samo vodja, ki se zaveda vrednosti in sposobnosti svojih zaposlenih, lahko v podjetju ustvari takšno klimo, ki pripelje do izjemne delovne uspešnosti in visoke konkurenčnosti. Managing a business successfully is in a great measure depending on managinig itself. Managing can be classified as relationship leader-worker.That is why it is very imortant for a leader to know how to motivate his workers to do jobs at their best. It is important to know how to search things that make people happy and things that motivates them because motivation and satisfaction are main factors of success and main priority of every company. But we have to be aware of a fact that people are different and their needs, wishes and goals constantly change. And here is the erge for a constant adjustment to achive satisfaying motivation of every employee. Successfull motivation is one of main elements of every successfull company. It takes high motivation for work to achive successfull effectiveness of employees. That is what leaders are trying to accomplish with variaty of motivation factors. Successfully motivated employees are willing to contribute to company because they want it and not because they have to. Only a leader that is aware of the worth and abilities of his employees can create such a clime that leads to remarkable job performance and high competitiveness.
