Preučevanje prepričanj staršev o discipliniranju otrok v šoli nekoč in danes

Description
Summary:V šoli je potrebna disciplina. The school requires discipline. The principle of good education is to teach children that discipline is a skill to manage responsible behavior (Wayson, DeVos, Kaeser, Lasley and Su Pinell, 1982). The purpose of discipline is to create an environment where the lessons take place undisturbed (Bluestein, 1997). The purpose of the master thesis is to examine the opinions of parents about the discipline in school today, how it differs from disciplinary actions, which they had received themselves, and what they think about the adequacy of the school disciplinary actions now and then. Results obtained from a questionnaire showed that the manner of discipline has changed over time. Parents mostly believe that the best way of disciplining is that established today, and they have a huge impact on the discipline of children at school with their education and choice of disciplinary techniques, while there are differences between the responses of parents with different education and age. Research has shown that parents want more cooperation with the school and that the existing method of disciplining needs small changes. The results show that many parents still feel that the teacher must be the authority, but the student obedient.
