Summary:Elitni managerji so kreatorji uspeha podjetja, ki ga vodijo in predstavljajo. Njihova specifika je, korak pred konkurenco v javnosti nastopajo prepričljivo, karizmatično, poistovetijo se s podjetjem, predvsem pa ne prenehajo prodajati storitev oz izdelkov in posledično tudi sebe, saj so venomer v ospredju. Uspešno krmarijo med zahtevami okolja in lastniki podjetja, katerih cilj je rast in dobiček. Zavedajo se, da je uspeh odvisen od vizije, organizacijske kulture, vrednot podjetja, moralnih in etičnih načel, družbene odgovornosti, spoštovanja, zaupanja do sebe – sodelavcev in lastnikov. Managerji so prešli iz obdobja industrijske družbe v družbo znanja, hitrih sprememb v katerem se okolje zelo hitro odziva na njihove napake. Danes podjetje ne more delovati v izolaciji s prikrivanjem podatkov, zaradi razširjenosti interneta, socialnih omrežij, medijev, kateri so zelo občutljivi glede na nemoralno vodenje oz obnašanje podjetja do okolja. Managerji ne vodijo po pravilu hierarhije, kar je veljalo v industrijski dobi, danes velja pravilo kaosa, prepletenosti in zaupanja v zaposlene. Zaposleni imajo tako imenovano kreativno svobodo, s svojim delovnikom samostojno razpolagajo za ceno tehnološke dovršenosti. Pomembna je postala kreativnost, izvirnost, inovativnost, preprostost, učinkovitost. Dodana vrednost, ki uporabniku prinaša zadovoljstvo, podjetju pa prodajni uspeh in prvo mesto na trgu. V magistrskem delu proučujemo najbogatejše managerje in tudi solastnike podjetij po oceni revije Forbes. Predstavljene so značilnosti devetih najbogatejših managerjev – milijarderjev, ki so podjetje ustanovili sami ali pa ga podedovali. Med proučevanimi so Larry Page in Sergey Brin, ustanovitelja Google z največjim vplivom na globalnem trgu, Mark Zuckerberg, ki se je na lestvico uvrstil, kot najmlajši milijarder vseh časov in Steve Jobs, ki je svoje izdelke spremenil v kult in velja za enega izmed največjih vizionarjev preteklega stoletja. Iskali smo njihove skupne značilnosti, karakteristike in tudi razlike, predvsem pa nas je zanimalo ali postavljajo smernice, kako se bo managament razvijal v prihodnosti. Proučevani elitni managerji, kot smo jih v nalogi poimenovali vsekakor kreirajo prihodnost, še več, so predmet strokovne javnosti, ki proučujejo njihovo delo in na osnovi njihovega dela tudi postavljajo nove teorije managementa. Predstavljeni managerji so zaželeni gosti elitnih fakultet, da študentom predajo svoje znanje, za svoj prispevek v okolju pa so velikokrat tudi prejemniki častnih doktoratov. Forbes Elite managers are the creators of the success for the company who they present and also for them self. Their specification is that they are step ahead of the competition in the public, they appear convincing, charismatic, indentify themselves with the company, especially they never stop selling the services or products and consequently them self, because they are always at the forefront. They successfully navigate between the demands of the environment and business owners, whose goal is growth and profit. They know that success depends on the vision, organizational culture, corporate values, moral and ethical principles, social responsibility, respect, trust in them self – employees and owners. Managers were transferred from the period of the industrial society to the knowledge society, means in the society of the rapid changes in the environment which is responding very quickly on their mistakes. Companies in the present cannot operate in isolation, where they could conceal information, because of the prevalence of the Internet, social networks, media, which are very sensitive about to immoral behaviour management or business environment. Managers don’t lead in the rule of hierarchy, like it was in the industrial era today lead is the rule of chaos, interconnectivity and trust in employees. Employees have the creative freedom with their work time they are independently, for the price of technological perfection. It is important to become the creative, original, innovative, simple and effective. The value added is that to the user brings satisfaction and to the company success in a sales and first position in the market. In this thesis, we studied the richest managers and also co-owner by rating of Forbes magazine. We present the characteristics of the nine the richest managers – billionaires, who create the company or inherited. We studied also Mark Zuckerberg, who was placed on the scale, as the youngest manager billionaire of the all time. And the Steve Jobs who made the products who become a cult and it is considered like one of the greatest visionaries of the past century. We were looking for theirs common features, characteristics and differences, particular we were interested if they are setting guidelines, and how it will evolve that in the future of management. We are named them elite managers, who are creating future, even more, they are subject to the professional public, studying their work and on the basis of them work also raises new management theory. Presented managers are preferred hosts of elite universities that surrender their knowledge
