Summary:Diplomsko delo z naslovom Lutka kot motivacijsko sredstvo v prvem razredu je praktično diplomsko delo. Namen tega je vključiti uporabo lutk v pouk v prvem razredu in jih uporabiti kot motivacijsko sredstvo ter izvesti in analizirati nastope v prvem razredu. Po izvedbi in analizi smo prišli do zaključka, da lahko lutko kot motivacijsko sredstvo uporabimo pri vseh predmetih v prvem razredu. Največjo motiviranost je bilo moč čutiti pri dejavnostih, kjer so učenci sami aktivno sodelovali – pri sami izdelavi lutk in pri izvajanju prizorov. S pomočjo lutke lahko dosežemo zastavljene učne cilje. Lutka se v vlogi motivacijskega sredstva dobro obnese. Ne le, da smo učence uspeli motivirati, uspeli smo aktivirati njihovo notranjo motivacijo in jih s tem vzpodbudili, da se nekaj naučijo. S tem smo vzpostavili prave pogoje za delo v razredu. Seveda so vsi ti učni cilji dosegljivi tudi brez uporabe lutk, a zakaj je ne bi vključili, če lahko do njih pridemo na zabaven način in s tem dodatno motiviramo učence. Z njeno uporabo tudi ugodno vplivamo na socialno in čustveno rast učencev, kar je še en dodaten razlog zakaj jo vključiti v pouk. The thesis A puppet as a motivational resource in the 1st grade is a practical thesis. Its purpose is to include puppets in 1st grade lessons and to use them as a motivational resource and implement and analyse teacher’s work during the lessons in the 1st grade. After the lesson and the analysis we came to a conclusion that a puppet as a motivational resource can be used during all 1st grade school subjects. The highest motivation could be detected in activities, in which the pupils themselves actively participated – during the making of the puppet and performing the scenes. The puppet as a motivational resource works well. The pupils were not only motivated but also activated their inner motivation and thus encouraged them to learn something. Herewith, we established suitable conditions for working in class. Certainly all these educational goals can be achieved without a puppet, but why not include one, if this enables us to reach these goals in an entertaining way, which additionally motivates pupils. The use of a puppet positively affects the social and emotional growth of pupils, which represents another reason for including the puppet in the lessons.
