Summary:Namen naloge je bila raziskava o tradicionalni prireditvi Noč čarovnic, ki se je leta 2011 zadnjič odvijala na prireditvenem prostoru pri Gradu na Goričkem in se nato zaradi spora organizatorjev prekinila. S pomočjo dveh anketnih vprašalnikov smo želeli ugotoviti zadovoljstvo obiskovalcev prireditve in društev, ki so na prireditvi sodelovala. Načeloma so bili obiskovalci prireditve Noč čarovnic s kakovostjo storitev na sami prireditvi zadovoljni, kar je razvidno tudi iz končne ocene. Kakovost storitev društev je bila ocenjena s povprečno oceno 4,3, skupna ocena kakovosti prireditve pa je bila ocenjena z oceno 4,4, kar je zelo dobra ocena za prireditev, ki se žal ne odvija več. Na podlagi rezultatov, ki smo jih dobili, smo podali predloge za izboljšave. Predlagamo, da vsi vpleteni v spor, zaradi katerega je bila prireditev odpovedana, ta spor čimprej zgladijo in poskrbijo, da se bo prireditev ponovno organizirala. Če bi se prireditev odvijala na istem prireditvenem prostoru, bi bilo s tem zadovoljnih 96% anketiranih obiskovalcev, ki jim je bil všeč prireditveni prostor v parku pred gradom. The purpose of this Diploma Thesis was to study the traditional Halloween event, which was last held in 2011 at the venue in the village Grad in Goričko region and was then, due to a dispute of organizers, suspended. With the help of two questionnaires we wanted to determine visitors' satisfaction with the event and satisfaction of associations that participated in the event. In principle, the visitors of the Halloween event were satisfied with the quality of the service, which is also reflected in the final score. Quality of associations' service was assessed with an average rating of 4.3, total quality score of the event was estimated with rating 4.4, which is a very good score for the event that does not take place anymore. Based on the results that we received, we submitted suggestions for improvements. We suggest that everyone involved in the dispute, which led to the event cancellation, sort out the dispute as soon as possible and ensure that the event will be organized again. Should the event be held at the same venue, 96 % of surveyed visitors, who liked the event venue in the park in front of the castle, would be satisfied.
