Summary: | Motivacija je v podjetjih vse bolj pomembna, tudi v času krize, kar se morajo še kako zavedati managerji, direktorji in lastniki podjetij. Morajo znati razumeti kaj sploh motivacija je in kako jo prenesti na zaposlene. Graditi morajo na čim večji pripadnosti zaposlenih podjetju. Tako je uspešna prihodnost podjetja odvisna predvsem od motiviranih, ustvarjalnih in izobraženih zaposlenih, ki se bodo v tem hitro spreminjajočem se okolju znali prilagoditi zahtevam tržišča in tako ohranjali ali celo povečali konkurenčno prednost podjetja. Vodstvo bi moralo znati prisluhniti potrebam zaposlenih in si za njih vzeti čas. Denarna motivacija je pomembna, a se vse bolj kaže, da denar ni glavno gonilo zaposlenih, da denar ni vse kar žene delavca. Anketa je pokazala, da bi zaposlenim veliko pomenila že pohvala, možnost napredovanja, ekskurzije ipd. Zaposleni pa se morajo tudi sami motivirati, se učiti eden od drugega in si stati ob strani. Takšna zaokrožena celota bo najboljša reklama za podjetje, saj bodo zaposleni še bolj zagnani za delo, kupci pa bodo opazili njihovo pozitivno energijo in široko znanje ter se bodo radi vračali. Managers, directors and business owners are more than aware how important is motivation in companies also during the time of crisis. They must be able to understand what motivation refers in order to share it with employees and build the highest loyalty of employees in their company. Therefore, a successful future of the company depends largely on the highly-motivated, creative and skilled employees who will be in this rapidly changing environment, able to adapt to market demands and to maintain or even increase competitive advantage. The management should be able to listen to the needs of employees and take time for them. Monetary motivation is important, however, it seems that money is not the main motivator for workers. The survey showed that being praised, getting a chance of promotion, taking field trips, etc. would mean a lot for employees. They need to learn to be self-motivated and to help each other in company. That kind of unit will be the best advertisement for the company, because employees will be more enthusiastic to work and customers will see their positive energy and broad knowledge, which will convince customers to gladly return again. |
