Summary:V današnjih časih trdega boja in hitrih premikov na tržišču podjetja oziroma njihovi vodje v boju za potrošnike, tržne deleže in profite pozabljajo, da tega ne morejo doseči brez svojih zaposlenih, s pomočjo katerih, njihovega dela in zavzetosti dosegajo vodilni položaj na tržišču. Za ta kapital je potrebno skrbeti, ga oblikovati, voditi, pri čemer je pomembno, da vodilni v podjetjih poznajo svoje zaposlene. Vodje se morajo zavedati dejavnikov, ki vplivajo na motivacijo zaposlenih in s kombinacijo teh dosežejo maksimum pri svojih zaposlenih. Osnova motivacije so potrebe zaposlenih, ki jih vodja mora poznati in/ali prepoznati ter tako ugotavljati prioritete zaposlenih. Temu primerno prilagaja različne motivacijske dejavnike, s katerimi so potrebe zaposlenih zadovoljene. Pomemben faktor, ki vpliva na uspešnost podjetja, je med drugim tudi zadovoljstvo zaposlenih, saj le zadovoljni zaposleni stremijo k uspešnosti in učinkovitosti. Seveda pa to ni mogoče brez vloženega truda vodij, tudi oni sami se morajo potruditi, se učiti, prilagajati na vseh stopnjah organizacijske lestvice podjetja. Dejstvo je, da je vodenje zaposlenih res veščina, ki od vodje zahteva celo osebo, zrelo osebo, ki jo zanimajo njeni podrejeni zaposleni, ki se ne boji komuniciranja z njimi, reševanja problemov . Bodoči vodje se morajo učiti vodenja zdaj in ne takrat, ko pridejo na vodilni položaj. To je proces, saj se ga učimo na vseh položajih in okoljih ter v različnih situacijah. Nowdays in the time of fast market changes companies respectivelly their management focus on consumers, market shares and profits, and tend to forget, that all mentioned is not achievable without their employees, their work and endeavour. It is therefore very important that the management is aware of their employees and their needs, and takes care of this capital, by modeling it, leading it. Managers should be aware of all the motivating factors and by combining them achieve the maximum from their employees. The foundation of motivation are employee needs. The management needs to be aware of them, and by recognizing them set the priorities for each employee, and accordingly use various combinations of motivating factors in order to satisfy these needs. Company success is among others also measured by employee satisfaction for only satisfied employees focus on success and performance. None of that is possible without the effort from the managers, who need to learn, and adjust to all the different organizational levels of the company. It's a fact, that people management is a skill requiring a complete personality, mature person, interested in her/his subordinates, not afraid to communicate with them, solve their issues,. Future managers should learn the art of management now and not when they advance to a management position. It's a process to be learned in all positions of the company, in different environments and different situations
