Summary:Zdrava prehrana nam ne pomeni nič, če je sami ne uživamo. Pomembno je, da se zavedamo, s kakšno hrano se prehranjujemo, in da s svojo pozitivno odločitvijo vplivamo tudi na svojo okolico. Predvsem je pomembno, da se o zdravi prehrani zavedajo že otroci, ki prevzemajo navade prehranjevanja od svojih staršev. K tem navadam pripomore tudi šola s svojimi dejavnostmi in hrano, ki jo ponuja. Poudarek diplomske naloge je na zdravi prehrani anketiranih osnovnošolskih otrok. Namen je bil ugotoviti, kaj o zdravi prehrani vedo in če se zdravo prehranjujejo učenci tretjega, petega, sedmega in devetega razreda OŠ Pohorskega odreda Slovenska Bistrica (mestna šola) in OŠ dr. Jožeta Pučnika Črešnjevec (podeželska šola). V teoretičnem delu je predstavljeno zdravo življenje in dejavniki, ki omogočajo zdravo življenje. Posebej je analizirana prehranska piramida, predstavljena je prehrana v osnovni šoli ter Resolucija o nacionalnem programu prehranske politike. V empiričnem delu je bila v raziskavi uporabljena deskriptivna in kavzalno neeksperimentalna metoda pedagoškega raziskovanja. V tem delu je predstavljena analiza raziskave med učenci tretjega, petega, sedmega in devetega razreda mestne in podeželske osnovne šole. Zanimalo nas je, v kolikšni meri na njihovo znanje o zdravi prehrani in uživanju le-te vplivajo spol, razred in lokacija osnovne šole, ki jo anketirani učenci obiskujejo. Rezultati so pokazali, da so učenci obeh anketiranih šol dobro ozaveščeni o tem, kaj je zdrava prehrana, in vendar znanje ne pomeni nič, če ga ne uporabiš, se pravi, da v primeru uživanja zdrave prehrane ne ravnajo zdravo. Healthy food loses its meaning, if we do not make use of it. It is important for us to be aware of what kind of food we eat and that our positive decisions have an important impact on our surrounding. It is mostly important for children to be aware of healthy food, especially because they bare eating habits from their parents. School activities and its food offers also have an impact on children’s eating habits. The focus of this diploma work is the usage of healthy food by surveyed pupils from Primary School Pohorski odred Slovenska Bistrica (urban school) and Primary School dr. Jože Pučnik Črešnjevec (rural school). The aim was to find out what pupils of third, fifth, seventh and ninth grade know about healthy food and if they make use of it. The theoretical part of this diploma work presents a healthy life and the factors that enable healthy living. My theoretical analyses are primarily based on the food pyramid and the presentation of feeding habits in primary school and Resolution on the National Food and Nutrition Policy. The practical part of this diploma work presents the descriptive and causal nonexperimental method of educational research. This section presents the analyses of the research among the pupils in the third, fifth, seventh and ninth grade of urban and rural primary school. We were interested in what kind of impact has gender, class and location of primary school on surveyed pupils' knowledge about healthy food and its use. The results showed, that pupils of both surveyed schools are well informed about healthy food. However, the knowledge about healthy food has little value if it is not used properly.
