Summary:Podjetje Talum Aluminij d.o.o. se ukvarja s proizvodnjo primarnega aluminija in izdelavo ter sestavljanjem anodnih blokov. Glaven problem, ki ga bom v diplomski nalogi obravnaval, je povečanje produktivnosti zalivanja anod. Raziskovalni del obsega meritve časa posameznih operacij. Na vsaki operaciji sem izvedel več meritev in na ta način dobil povprečen čas na določeni operaciji. Posvetil sem se tudi zastojem v procesu proizvodnje. Z metodo klasifikacije in komporacije sem ugotovil ozka grla proizvodnega procesa in jih z ugotovitvenimi predlogi poskušal odpraviti. Rezultate, ki sem jih predstavil, se navezujejo na stroj za odstranjevanje povratne kopeli. Na podlagi predstavljenih rezultatov sem ugotovil, katere so tiste slabosti, ki se pojavljajo v sami proizvodnji, s svojimi predlogi pa sem poskušal odpraviti ozka grla. The company Talum Aluminij d.o.o. is engaged in the production of primary aluminum and manufacturing and assembly of anode blocks. The major problem, which I will discuss in this thesis, is to increase the productivity of irrigation of anodes. The research includes measurements of time of individual operations. At every operation I performed several measurements and thus got the average time for a particular operation. I also dedicated my research to the delays in the production process. With the methods of classification and comparation I discovered bottlenecks in the production process and then I tried to eliminate them with the identified suggestions. Results presented here relate to the machine to remove feedback baths. In light of the results I found out what those weaknesses that occur in the production itself were, but with my suggestions I tried to eliminate bottlenecks.
