Summary:Diplomsko delo z naslovom Sodelovanje strokovnih delavk pri izvedbi plesne dramatizacije obsega teoretični in empirični del. V teoretičnem delu je poudarek na sodelovanju, komunikaciji, skupinski dinamiki, konfliktih ter reševanju le-teh. V empiričnem delu je namen vzpodbuditi vzgojno delo s poudarkom na plesni vzgoji ter omogočiti sodelovanje delavk v okviru izvedbe plesne dramatizacije Medved išče pestunjo. V raziskovalni vzorec je bilo vključenih šest vzgojiteljic ter pomočnic, ki svoje delo opravljajo v VVZ Slovenj Gradec. V določenem časovnem obdobju so se seznanile s plesno dramatizacijo, predstavljeni so jim bili osnovni gibalni motivi ter glasba. Nudena jim je bila možnost lastne improvizacije in domišljije pri samem plesu in izdelavi rekvizitov. Postavljala so se vprašanja, kako se bodo strokovne delavke vključile v izvedbo plesa, ali si bodo pripravljene pomagati, kakšna bo komunikacija med njimi, bodo nastopile težave, kako jih bodo rešile, v kolikšni meri bodo osvojile ples, kakšno bo vzdušje in ozračje ob sami izvedbi plesa in kakšen bo odziv otrok, ali bodo plesno dramatizacijo sprejeli ter se kasneje poskušali tudi sami aktivno vključevati v dejavnost? Po osvojitvi plesne dramatizacije so se predstavile otrokom, ki obiskujejo vrtec ter ostalim delavkam. Thesis entitled Teacher teamwork in performing dance dramatization in kindergarten comprises of two parts: theoretical and empirical. The theoretical part emphasises cooperation, teamwork, communication, group dynamics, and solving conflicts. The aim of empirical part was to evoke education, emphasizing dance education while enabling teacher teamwork in performing dance dramatization of Medved išče pestunjo (Bear is searching for a nanny). The sample consisted of six kindergarten teachers and teacher assistants working in Slovenj Gradec kindergarten. Throughout a limited period of time they were introduced to dance dramatization, basic dance motives and music. They were autonomous in improvisation and imaginative approach to dance and props production. Throughout the research various questions were answered: how will the teachers get involved in dance performance will they be willing to help each other how will they communicate will any problems occur and how will they solve them how will they perform the dance what atmosphere will they create when dancing and how will the children react: will they except the dance dramatization and later try to get involved in the activity themselves. The teachers performed the dance for the kindergarten children and co-workers.
