| Summary: | Za vse udeležence cestnega prometa velja, da so primorani spoštovati prometna pravila. Še posebej pomembno je, da se kolesarji kot šibkejši udeleženci v prometu zavedajo, kako pomembno je spoštovanje prometnih pravil in tako skrbijo za svojo varnost in varnost ostalih udeležencev v cestnem prometu. Posledično morajo kolesarji veliko prispevati za svojo varnost. Imeti morajo vso varnostno opremo in tehnično brezhibno kolo. S temi varnostnimi ukrepi in s spoštovanjem prometnih pravil sami veliko pripomorejo k temu, da prihaja do čim manjšega števila prometnih nesreč z udeležbo kolesarjev. Kadar pride do prometne nesreče, je zelo pomembno, da udeleženci in očividci prometne nesreče pomagajo poškodovancem in pravilno zavarujejo kraj prometne nesreče ter s tem omogočijo policistom lažje preiskovanje prometne nesreče. Pri preiskovanju prometnih nesreč z udeležbo kolesarjev je zelo pomembno, da policisti preverijo vse okoliščine, dejavnike in možne vzroke, ki so privedli do prometne nesreče. Zanimiva je ugotovitev, da je v več kot 90 odstotkih prometnih nesreč delni ali samostojni vzrok človeška napaka, v ostalih primerih pa do nesreč prihaja zaradi tehničnih težav ter vplivov iz okolice. Da bo prihajalo do čim manjšega števila prometnih nesreč z udeležbo kolesarjev, bo potrebno (z veliko truda) v človeško zavest vcepiti dejstvo, da so kolesarji v cestnem prometu ranljivi ter da morajo sami pripomoči k svoji varnosti ter tako posledično zmanjšati število prometnih nesreč z udeležbo kolesarjev. It is necessary for all road traffic participants that they respect the traffic rules. It is especially important for cyclists as weaker participants in traffic to be aware of the importance of abiding by the traffic rules and thus take care of their own safety and the safety of others. Consequently cyclists have to contribute a great deal for their own safety. They have to have all the security equipment and a roadworthy bicycle. With these security measurements and the abiding of traffic rules they help to reduce traffic accidents with the participation of cyclists. Whenever a traffic accident occurs it is very important for the participants and eye witnesses to help the injured and correctly secure the crime scene and therefore help the police to investigate the traffic accident easily. In an investigation of a traffic accident with the participation of cyclists it is very important for the police to check all the circumstances, facts and possible causes that lead to the accident. It's a very interesting fact that in more than 90% of traffic accidents the partial or sole cause is human error, and in others its technical difficulties or causes form the environment. To reduce the number of traffic accidents with the participation of cyclists we will with a great effort have to put in human minds that cyclists are vulnerable in road traffic and that they themselves have to contribute to their safety and with that consequently reduce the number of traffic accidents with participation of cyclists. |
