Description
Summary:Igra pomeni otroku svobodo, ustvarjanje, udejstvovanje. Otrok preko igre izraža samega sebe, svoje misli, svoje zmožnosti, svoja čustva in ideje. Otrok preko govora in vedenja posnema vse, kar se dogaja okoli njega, najpogosteje najde vzor v članih družine in v svojem ožjem okolju. A game means freedom, creativity, and participation for a child. The child expresses himself, his thoughts, his abilities, emotions, and ideas through the game. The game is work for him, the child learns through the game and he does everything what adults do and, therefore, he participates in the adult world. Imitating is one of most important features of child playing in the early development. The child imitates everything what happens around him through speech and behaviour. Most of the time he finds a role model in members of the family and in his close environment. The diploma thesis A Child's Models of Imitating at a Game has been divided into the theoretical part where some theories have been presented and the findings about games. We have also defined different kinds of games and their features, social activity of children at games, factors that influence of games, the influence of playing to all areas of child's development and we have also focused on the role of adults and children of the same age at the game. We have discussed the focus point in the diploma thesis, which is imitation of children at games. The empirical part deals with an analysis of a questionnaire. We have researched parents when they observe their children at playing and we have focused on factors that influence shaping of imitation models at the game. We wanted to know if parents observe their children at playing, if they are included in the activities with games and which, if they notice models of imitation, when and how often children imitate their models at games, how the gender of a child is connected to the game, if parents interrupt the game which is not typical for their child's gender. The results have shown that parents are aware of the importance of games for their children development in all areas and that children first imitate their mother and father who are the child's first role models.
