Summary:Diplomsko delo obravnava vpliv podnebnih razmer (klime) na zasnovo stanovanjske stavbe. Po izbranih kriterijih (tipologija stavbe, arhitekturna zanova, ogrevanje, hlajenje in osvetlitev) smo primerjali tradicionalno slovensko in sodobno zasnovano hišo. Ti kriteriji nam pokažejo, kako oblika stavbe vpliva na energijsko učinkovitost. Pri tem smo upoštevali izbrane strategije s podmetodami iz raziskav iz publikacije Das Klima als Entwurfsfaktor, Quart Verlag Luzern, 2009, v kateri je podana analiza razvoja stanovanjskih stavb glede na kriterije osvetlitve, ogrevanja in hlajenja. Kot primer tradicionalne slovenske hiše smo izbrali Skomarsko hišo na južnem pobočju Pohorja, ki sodi med pomembne kulturne spomenike na Slovenskem. Drugi primer, sodobno stanovanjsko hišo pa smo zasnovali sami. Primerjava tradicionalne slovenske hiše s sodobno je osnova za diskusijo, kako podnebne razmere vplivajo na optimalno zasnovo stanovanjske stavbe. Ugotovili smo, da je tradicionalna slovenska hiša zelo dobro prilagojena podnebnim vplivom, medtem ko pri sodobni stanovanjski stavbi dosežemo energijsko učinkovitost z upoštevanjem predstavljenih kriterijev oblikovanja stavbe. The thesis deals with the impact of climate on the design of residential buildings. We compared traditional Slovenian and modern houses in terms of building typology, architectural design, heating, air-conditioning and lighting. These criteria show how the design of the building affects the energy efficiency. We designed a modern house by selected strategies with submethods adopted from the study in the publication Das Klima als Entwurfsfaktor, Quart Verlag Luzern, 2009, which offers an analysis of the development of residential buildings according to the criteria of lighting, heating and air-conditioning. As an example of a traditional Slovenian house we chose Skomarska House located on the southern slope of Pohorje, an important Slovenian cultural monument due to its good architectural solutions. Second example, urban residential building we design by ourselfs. The comparison of traditional Slovenian and modern houses serves us as the basis for discussion on how climate affects the optimal design of residential buildings. We have found out that the traditional Slovenian house is very well adapted to the climate, while in the modern type of building the energy efficiency can be reached by incorporating the presented criteria of the building design.
