Summary:V diplomskem delu z naslovom Vpliv vzgojiteljev na izvajanje gibalnih dejavnosti v posavskih vrtcih smo želeli ugotoviti, ali starost vzgojiteljev vpliva na izvajanje športnih aktivnosti v vrtcu skupaj z otroki, koliko so vzgojitelji sami športno aktivni v svojem prostem času, ali se glede na dobo zaposlenosti vzgojiteljev v vrtcu športne aktivnosti razlikujejo glede izbire prostora in pripomočkov za vadbo in ali stopnja izobrazbe vzgojiteljev vpliva na načrtovanje različnih športnih aktivnosti glede na starost otrok. Diplomsko delo je sestavljeno iz teoretičnega in empiričnega dela. V teoretičnem delu smo predstavili telesni in gibalni razvoj otrok, pomen in ustvarjanje gibalnih kompetenc otrok, vrste kompetenc vzgojiteljev v vrtcu ter se osredotočili na to, kakšen vpliv imajo vzgojitelji na izvajanje gibalnih dejavnosti v vrtcu. Podatke smo pridobili z anketiranjem zaposlenih vzgojiteljic v posavskih vrtcih (Sevnica, Leskovec, Brežice, Senovo, Brestanica, Krško in Raka). Vprašanja so bila povezana s športno aktivnostjo zaposlenih ter s pomenom izvajanja gibalnih dejavnosti skupaj z otroki. Odgovore smo analizirali glede na starost, stopnjo izobrazbe in dobo zaposlenosti vzgojiteljev v vrtcu. Ugotovili smo, da so tiste vzgojiteljice, ki so aktivne v svojem prostem času, aktivnejše tudi v vrtcu z otroki. Rezultati so tudi pokazali, da je pri načrtovanju in izvajanju gibalno-športne aktivnosti pomembna starost, doba zaposlitve in izobrazba vzgojiteljev, saj gibalni in telesni razvoj bolje poznajo vzgojitelji z višjo in visoko izobrazbo ter potrebna je določena delovna doba zaposlenosti, da lahko teorijo preneseš v prakso in preko izkušenj spoznaš, kaj vse je treba upoštevati pri gibalni aktivnosti v vrtcu. In my diploma work with the title The Teachers Influence on the Execution of Physical Activities in Kindergartens in Posavje we wanted to establish if the age of the teachers influences on the execution of physical activities with children, how are the teachers sports active in their free time and if there are any differences in sports activities and in choosing of sports area and sports accessories according to the years of service. We also wanted to know if the level of education has any influence on planning different sports activities according to the children's ages. Diploma work consists of theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part there is the representation of body and physical development of children, the importance and creation of children's physical competence, different kindergarten teachers' competence, beside that we focused on the teachers' influence on execution of physical activities in kindergarten. We got all the needed data by interviewing kindergarten teachers in kindergartens in Posavje (in Sevnica, Leskovec, Brežice, Senovo, Brestanica, Krško and Raka). The questions were related to sports activities of employees and to importance of execution of physical activities together with children. The answers were analysed according to the age, the degree of education and the kindergarten teachers' years of service. We found out that those teachers, who are active in their free time, they are also more active in the kindergarten while doing the activities with children. The results also show that age, years of service and the kindergarten teachers' degree of education are important in planning and execution of physical/sports activities, because the physical and sports development are better known by teachers with high degree. What is also needed are certain years of service, where you can transfer the theory into the practice and during experiences you get familiar with what you should obey in physical activities in kindergarten.
