Osveščenost osnovnošolk o cepljenju proti okužbi s humanimi virusi papiloma

Description
Summary:V teoretičnem delu diplomskega dela smo predstavili okužbo s humanimi virusi papiloma, cepljenje proti tej okužbi, bolezni ki jih okužba povzroča, ter zdravstveno vzgojno delovanje medicinske sestre pri poučevanju staršev in otrok proti okužbi s humanimi virusi papiloma. Pridobljene podatke smo preučili in jih grafično prikazali. In the theoretical part of the thesis we presented an infection with human papillomavirus, vaccination against this infection, the diseases it causes, and medical educational functioning of nurses in teaching parents and children against infection with human papillomavirus. In the research part of the thesis we presented the results of research we conducted in primary school Anton Aškerc in Velenje between girls in the 6th grade in the age group between 11 and 12 years. The purpose of this study was to determine the girls’ knowledge of infection with HPV, to determine whether they have enough information about vaccination against infection with HPV and to find out if they need additional information from the nurses. The results were obtained with a questionnaire of open and closed questions that was given to 40 girls in the 6th grade who participated in the survey voluntarily and anonymously. Acquired data were examined and graphically presented. The results show that girls in the 6th grade are themselves pretty well informed about sexually transmitted infection with HPV and a good knowledge about vaccination. However, their responses also showed immaturity, a common and normal characteristic for this age group. They consider their knowledge about the infection and vaccination not quite adequate and have expressed a request for further information from the nurses.
