Description
Summary:V diplomskem delu bomo predstavili vlogo in pomen izobraževanja, izpopolnjevanja in usposabljanja na Kemijskem inštitutu v Ljubljani. This thesis will present the role and importance of education and training at the Institute of Chemistry in Ljubljana. We will explore the barriers and motivations of employees regarding the education and find out how important education is for the entire organization and its employees. The questionnaire that was distributed to employees will help us answer questions relating to educational activities at the Institute. We will show how important education is to the staff at the Institute and what are the obstacles and motives for further training and education. Institute of Chemistry does not have a special department to organize training. The employees themselves, or at the initiative of their superiors, decide on topics and areas where they would need additional knowledge. We will try to determine how satisfied and motivated the employees are with the current organization of education. The study will involve a reasonably random sample of employees. We present an analysis of the data, interpret them and give some suggestions for improvement.
