Summary:Že vrsto let je jasno, da so resnični kapital organizacije ljudje in da sta znanje in motiviranost za delo glavna dejavnika uspešnega poslovanja. Organizacija je uspešna pod pogojem, da motivira vse zaposlene in da skrbi za dobro delovno klimo na način, ki zagotavlja zadovoljstvo na vseh ravneh organizacije. Dobro motivirani zaposleni dosegajo boljše rezultate in so za uresničitev ciljev pripravljeni vložiti več svojega truda in energije zato, ker to hočejo sami, in ne zato, ker morajo. V prvem delu diplomskega dela so predstavljene teoretične osnove motivacije. Pojasnjeno je, kaj je motivacija, kateri so dejavniki motivacije, predstavljene so vrste motivov, motivacijske teorije in modeli. V drugem delu pa smo predstavili rezultate raziskave, ki je bila izvedena na OŠ Gradec. S kavlitativno raziskavo smo ugotavljali in raziskovali najpomembnejše motivacijske dejavnike za delo zaposlenih na izbrani šoli. Raziskava je pokazala, da nematerialne oblike motiviranja prevladujejo nad materialnimi. Zaposlenim so pomembnejši osebno zadovoljstvo, medsebojni odnosi in varnost zaposlitve pri delu v organizaciji. Raziskava je prav tako pokazala, da so zaposleni z delom, ki ga opravljajo, zadovoljni. For many years, it has been clear that people are the real capital of the organisation, that knowledge and working motivation are the key factors for a successful business. Organisation is successful if it can provide motivation and good working climate for all of its employees in a way that brings satisfaction to each and every level of the hiearchy in the organisation. Well motivated employees tend to achieve better results and are willing to make their finest effort. Not only because they need to, but because they want to. The first part of the research presents the theoretical basics of motivation about what in fact motivation is, which are its factors, type of motives, motivational theories and motivational models. In the second part we presented the results of the research made in elementary school Gradec. Through quality research are dealt and searched the most important motivational factors for work of all employees on the selected primary school. It was shown that the non-material forms of motivation of employees predominates above the material ones. More significant for employees is their own self-satisfaction, good interpersonal relationships and safety of their employment in the organisation. Research has also shown that employees are satisfied with their work.
