Summary:Za podjetja postaja človek vir konkurenčne prednosti. Podjetje, ki ima zmožnost, da preučuje organizacijsko klimo med svojimi zaposlenimi, se nanjo odziva in izvaja aktivnosti za njeno rast. Pri tem dela prve korake k priznavanju, da so zaposleni eden izmed glavnih konkurenčnih prednosti v poslovnem svetu. V diplomski nalogi smo prikazali vpliv stila komuniciranja na zaposlene. Izražen je v primerjavi med dvema opravljenima anketama, ki sta prinesli povsem različne rezultate. Prva anketa je bila opravljena v času, ko vodstvo podjetja ni posvečalo velike pozornosti preučevanju organizacijske klime med zaposlenimi, medtem ko je bila druga anketa opravljena po sistematičnem pristopu vodstva in srednjega managementa, ki sta si prizadevala, da bi spodbudila in motivirala zaposlene. Rezultati anket so pokazali, da boljše vzdušje med zaposlenimi vpliva na večjo ustvarjalnost, pripadnost in zavzetost zaposlenih pri vsakdanjem reševanju problemov, ki nastajajo pri delu. S takšnim pristopom vodij in vseh zaposlenih ter s takšnim načinom komuniciranja med seboj, bodo zaposleni začutili trajno pripadnost podjetju in pričeli cilje podjetja razumevali kot svoje. S tem bodi tudi sami prispevali k ustvarjanju pozitivne klime. A person is becoming a source of competitive advantage for companies. A company that has the capability to study the organizational atmosphere among its employees, to respond to it and promote its growth, is making the first steps towards acknowledging that the employees are one of the key competitive advantages in the business world. The diploma work presents the influence a communication style has over employees. It is expressed in the form of a comparison of two surveys with completely different results. One was carried out at the time when the management of a company did not pay much attention to studying the organizational atmosphere among the employees, the other after the systematic approach by the management and middle management to encourage and motivate the employees to participate in the growth of the organizational atmosphere. The results of the two surveys show that a better atmosphere influences the creativity of the employees, their affiliation and their commitment to solve everyday problems that arise from work. It is only with such an approach by the management as well as all the employees and their intercommunication that the employees will feel a permanent sense of affiliation and consider the goals of the company as their own and thus also create a positive atmosphere themselves.
