Rešitve ERP predstavljajo za podjetja v poslovnem svetu konkurenčno prednost ter učinkovitejše poslovanje, saj lahko podjetje s stalnim prilagajanjem in hitrimi informacijami sledi vsakodnevnim spremembam. Zaradi tega se tudi vse več podjetij odloča za uvedbo ali pa zamenjavo obstoječe rešitve ERP. Ponudba rešitev ERP je dandanes zelo pestra, tako na svetovnem kot slovenskem tržišču, zato možnost, da bi podjetja izdelovala svoje lastne rešitve ERP, tako rekoč odpade, saj to zahteva veliko časa, stroškov, obstaja pa tudi veliko tveganje, saj so obstoječe rešitve ERP že preverjene. NAV in Pantheon SE sta celoviti rešitvi, ki zagotavljata hiter dostop do informacij ter omogočata celovito poslovanje. Tako Pantheon SE kot NAV sta namenjeni majhnim in srednje velikim podjetjem v svetovnem merilu. Za obe rešitvi je značilna modularna zgradba, saj sta sestavljeni iz različnih modulov, ki pokrivata celotno poslovanje podjetja. Podjetja pa se lahko odločijo, če bodo kupile in vpeljale vse module ali pa samo določene, ki jih potrebujejo za svoje poslovanje. Rešitev NAV se uvaja z metodologijo Sure Step, medtem ko se Pantheon uvaja po projektnem vodenju. V zadnjem delu diplomske naloge smo tudi primerjali obe rešitvi in izpostavili njune prednosti ter primerjali njuni metodologiji uvajanja. Uvajanje obeh rešitev poteka v šestih fazah, medtem ko pri metodologiji Sure Step, po sami uvedbi, sledita še dve dodatni fazi. ERP-solutions represent competitive advantage and efficient operations for the company in the business world since the company with continuous adaptation and rapid information follows daily changes. That is why more and more companies decide to introduce or replace existing ERP-solutions. The offers of ERP-solutions are now very diverse in the world as in the Slovenian market, so the possibility that the company manufactured its own ERP-solution, is so to speak out, because that requires a lot of time, cost and there is also a high risk, since existing ERP-solutions have been verified. NAV in Pantheon SE are total solutions which provide quick access to information and enable entire business operations. They are designed for small and medium sized companies in the world measure. Modular structure is typical for both solutions as they are composed from different modules which cover the whole business operation of the company. Companies can decide to buy and lead into all modules, or only those which are acquired for their business. NAV –solution is lead into with Sure Step methodology, while Pantheon is lead into by the project guidance. In the last part of my diploma assignment I have compared both solutions and exposed essential advantages and compared their introduction methodologies. The introduction of both solutions is carried out in six phases, while the Sure Step methodology is followed by two additional phases after the introduction.
