V diplomski nalogi je predstavljen potek prenove informacijskega sistema v Zdravstvenem domu Velenje. V nalogi sta opisana tako stari kot novi sistem ter tudi različni vidiki in zahteve glede prenove sistema. Skozi diplomsko nalogo je opisana programska in tudi strojna oprema, ki se je oziroma se uporablja v starem in novem informacijskem sistemu. Del naloge je namenjen tudi opisu on line zdravstvenega sistema ter njegovi funkcionalnosti. Na koncu pa je podana tudi primerjava obeh sistemov ter predstavljen še lastni vidik, oziroma podano lastno mnenje o sami prenovi sistema. In the diploma is presented the course of the renovation of the Health Centre Velenje. I have described the old and the new system as well as the different points of view and demands of the renovation of the system. Through the diploma are presented the program and the mechanical equipment, which was or is used in the old and in the new informational system. Part of the diploma is intended for description of the online health system and its functionality. At the end the comparison of both system is added and also the personal point of view and the personal opinion on the renovation of the system is presented.
