Summary:Glavna nit pisanja diplomske naloge je preučevanje motiviranosti za izobraževanje, izpopolnjevanje in usposabljanje. Podjetja in sami zaposleni se morajo zavedati, da znanje, ki ga pridobijo v šolah, zaradi hitrega napredka v tehnologiji in pospešenega načina življenje hitro zastari, zato ga je potrebno vedno znova nadgrajevati in biti pripravljen na vseživljensko učenje. Pri odločanju za izobraževanje pa ima ključno vlogo motivacija. Brez motivacije se človek težko odloči, da se bo izobraževal. Motivacija je namreč ključni dejavnik, brez katerega pri katerikoli odločitvi v življenju ne gre, saj vedno obstaja obilo dejavnikov, ki različno vplivajo na vsakega posameznika. Prvi del diplomske naloge je teoretični. V tem delu sem na kratko predstavila pojem motivacije, ključne motivacijske dejavnike in pa motive, ki največkrat vplivajo na zaposlene. Sledi predstavitev motivacijskih teorij, ki so jih razvili najrazličnejši avtorji. Poglavje, ki sledi je namenjeo prikazu izobraževanja, predstavitev organizacijskih oblik in metod izobraževanja, motiviranje v izobraževanju odraslih in pa uspešnost izobraževanja. Praktični del diplomskega dela pričenjam z opisom podjetja Trimo Trebnje d.d. in s samo predstavitvijo izobraževanja v njem. Za raziskavo motiviranosti v izobraževanju sem izbrala anketo, v kateri me je zanimalo kateri so dejavniki, ki bistveno motivirajo zaposlene za izobraževanje in dejavniki, ki ovirajo zaposlene pri le-tem. Zanimalo me je tudi ali jih nadrejeni redno obveščajo o možnostih izobraževanja in pa ali se udeležijo še kakšnih drugih izobraževanj, ki niso nujno samo v sklopu službe. Vsa ta in še druga vprašanja v anketi so mi pomagala, sa sem odkrila, kakšno je dejansko stanje motiviranosti za izobraževanje v podjetju Trimo Trebnje d.d. The main theme of my diploma thesis is the study of motivation for education, further training courses and training sessions. Companies and their employees must be aware that the knowledge they gain in schools gets obsolete very fast due to the rapid progression in technology and precipitated way of life. Hence the knowledge must be renewed and improved over and over again and one must be prepared for lifelong learning. When deciding for education motivation plays the key role. Without motivation a person has difficulty in deciding for education. Namely, motivation is the key factor without which one cannot make decisions in life because there are always a lot of factors that have different influence on every individual. The first part of my diploma thesis is theoretical. In it I presented the term motivation, the key motivational factors and motives which have influence on the employees at the most. What follows is the presentation of motivational theories developed by different authors. The following chapter consists of presentation of education, organizational forms and methods of education, motivation in adult education and successfulness of education. In the empirical part of my diploma thesis I begin with the description of the company Trimo Trebnje d. d. and the presentation of education in the company. For the research of motivation in education I chose a questionnaire with which I was trying to find out the factors that motivated the employees for education the most and which are the ones that present an obstacle. I was also inquiring if their superiors inform the employees about the possibilities of education regularly and if the employees take part in any other educational courses that are not necessarily only in the framework of their job. All these and other questions in the questionnaire assisted me in discovering the real state of motivation for education in the company Trimo Trebnje d.d.
