Summary:V sodobnem poslovnem svetu sta motivacija in zadovoljstvo zaposlenih eno od najtežjih nalog managementa. Če želi podjetje biti konkurenčno in uspešno, se mora zavedati, da so prav motivirani, usposobljeni in zadovoljni zaposleni ključni temelj uspešnega poslovanja in razvoja vsakega podjetja. Motivacija je naravna zakonitost, ki človeka žene in usmerja k njegovim zastavljenim ciljem. Motivacija se ukvarja z vprašanji, kako ravnati z ljudmi in kako doseči, da bi bili sami zadovoljni s svojim delom. Diplomsko delo je sestavljeno iz dveh delov. Namen oziroma cilj moje raziskave je bil priti do podatkov, ali se ljudje v podjetju izobražujejo, koliko je podjetje naklonjeno izobraževanju, ali so zaposleni sploh motivirani pri svojem delu in kakšne motivacijske metode uporabljajo nadrejeni v podjetju. Prvi del je namenjen teoretični osnovi. Predstavljeni so pojem motivacije, motivi, motivacijske teorije, pojem izobraževanja, izobraževanje odraslih, metode izobraževanja, motivi odraslih za izobraževanje, ovire odraslih pri izobraževanju ter izobraževanje kot nagrada odraslim. V drugem, torej v empiričnem delu diplomske naloge so zajeta vprašanja, ki podajajo odgovore glede motivacije za izobraževanje zaposlenih v podjetju Zveza bank, r.z.z o.j. Raziskavo o motivaciji zaposlenih za izobraževanje sem izvajala v podjetju Zveza bank, r.z.z o.j., katerega poglavitna dejavnost je opravljanje bančnih storitev. V podjetju Zveza bank, r.z.z o.j., sem naredila raziskavo motiviranja zaposlenih za izobraževanje. Med 16 zaposlenimi v Podružnici Ljubljana sem naredila anketo, s katero sem prišla do želenih rezultatov. Prvi del ankete zajema demografske podatke anketirancev. V drugem delu pa so odgovori na vprašanja, kdaj so se zaposleni pripravljeni izobraževati, kaj so pripravljeni žrtvovati, da bi se lahko izobraževali, kateri dejavniki jih najbolj motivirajo za izobraževanje, ali so zadovoljni z organiziranjem izobraževanj v podjetju. Ugotovila sem, da je izobraževanje v podjetju Zveza bank, r.z.z o.j., dobro organizirano. Rezultati so pokazali, da je veliko število anketirancev dobro seznanjenih z možnostmi izobraževanj v podjetju. Raziskava je tudi pokazala, da so anketiranci izredno pozitivno naravnani do izobraževanja, da so motivirani ter da so se pripravljeni izobraževati tudi prostovoljno, ker se zavedajo, da je to zanje pomembno in koristno. Največji demotivator za nadaljnje izobraževanje v podjetju Zveza bank, r.z.z o.j., so visoki stroški izobraževanja in pa pomanjkanje časa. Prišla sem do zaključka, da bi bilo treba v podjetju posvetiti več časa komunikaciji med vodilnimi v podjetju in zaposlenimi, kar bi bistveno izboljšalo organizacijo izobraževanja v podjetju. ABSTRACT In the modern business world the motivation and employee satisfaction represents one of the most difficult tasks of management. If the company wants to be competitive and successful it must be aware that only motivated, skilled and satisfied employees are the key cornerstones of successful business and development of each company. Motivation is a natural legitimacy, which is driving a man towards its objectives. Motivation is dealing with issues of how to handle people and how to achieve that they would be satisfied with their work. This diploma is made of two parts. The purpose or aim of my research was to obtain a data, if employees in the company are educating, how much is the company for pro-education, or are employed at all motivated at their work and what motivational methods are being used in the company. The first part is for theoretical basis. The theoretical part introduces the notion of motivation, motives, motivational theories, the concept of education, adult education, educational methods, motives for adult education, barriers to adult education and adult education as a reward. The second part or empirical part of diploma consists of questions, which give answers to the motivation for education of employees in the company Zveza bank, r.z.z o.j. The research about motivation for education was made in the company Zveza bank, r.z.z o.j., whose principal activities are banking services. I did a survey of motivation for education in the company Zveza bank, r.z.z o.j. Among the 16 employees in the branch Ljubljana I did a survey in which I came to the desired results. The first part of the survey includes demographic information on respondents. In the second part the answers are found to the questions like when are the employees willing to educate, what are they willing to sacrifice in order to be educated, what factors are most motivating for education, and are they satisfied with the organization of education in the company. I found out that education in the company Zveza bank, r.z.z o.j., is well organized. The results showed that a large number of respondents are familiar with training opportunities within the company. The survey also showed that respondents tend to be extremely positive towards education, that they are motivated, and that they are prepared to educate voluntarily, because they know that this is important and useful for them. The largest demotivators for further education in the company Zveza bank, r.z.z o.j., are high costs of education and lack of time. I came to conclusion that the company should devote more time to communication between company leaders and the workforce, which would significantly improve the organization of education in the company.
