Summary:Ker življenje v današnjem času poteka v vse hitrejšem tempu, se temu prilagajajo tudi storitve in proizvodi s svojimi novostmi. Zaradi vseh sprememb so zaposleni primorani spremljati vse novosti in se pri tem tudi sami izpopolnjevati. Z izboljšanim znanjem pripomorejo, da podjetje, za katero delajo, ostaja konkurenčno na trgu. Za diplomsko nalogo z naslovom Motivacija za izobraževanje zaposlenih v Vzajemni, zdravstveni zavarovalnici, d. v. z., sem se odločila iz preprostega razloga, ker sem tam zaposlena in kot zaposlena velikokrat slišim, da naj se izobražujemo, usposabljamo, udeležujemo različnih seminarjev, ki jih organizira Vzajemna oziroma si jih poiščemo sami. Ta izobraževanja pa niso samo s področja dela, ampak tudi obsegajo npr. sproščanje, retoriko …, skratka stvari, ki nam pridejo prav tudi zunaj delavnega mesta. V diplomski nalogi sem se posvetila raziskovanju, kaj zaposlenim sploh pomeni izobraževanje, koliko časa oziroma energije so pripravljeni vložiti v dodatna izobraževanja in nasploh, tisto najpomembnejše, kaj jih za vse to motivira. Diplomska naloga je razdeljena na teoretični in praktični del. Teoretični del obsega uvod, predstavitev Vzajemne, d. v. z., opis motivacije in izobraževanja. Praktični del pa vsebuje anketo in njeno razčlenitev ter na koncu zaključek. Raziskovalni del sem izvajala s pomočjo anonimne ankete, ki sem jo razdelila med zaposlene. Anketni vprašalnik sem tudi interpretirala in ugotovila, da imajo zaposleni zelo pozitivno razmišljanje glede izobraževanj, ki jim jih omogoča organizacija, saj so se v večini primerov pripravljeni dodatno usposabljati in izobraževati kadarkoli, tudi v prostem času, in predvsem se zaposleni zavedajo, da je njihovo znanje ključ do uspešnega podjetja. V diplomski nalogi sem ugotovila, da Vzajemno predstavlja večinoma ženski del populacije v starosti od dvajset do štirideset let, da so zaposleni zelo visoko motivirani za izobraževanje sami, motivirajo jih sodelavci, nadarjeni in celotna organizacija, da od izobraževanja pričakujejo boljše poznavanje dela in da jim Vzajemna večinoma daje dovolj možnosti za dodatna izobraževanja. An ever-accelerating pace of modern life has led to a constant adaptation and innovation of services and products thereto. On account of all the changes, employees are forced to monitor all developments and train further as well. With an improved knowledge they help the company they work for to remain competitive in the market. I have opted to write the diploma thesis entitled "Motivation for education of employees of the mutual health insurance company Vzajemna" simply because I work there myself and as an employee often hear that we should educate and train ourselves, participate in various seminars organised by the company or to search for them by ourselves. This kind of education, however, is not only work-related, but includes also, for example, relaxation, rhetoric, etc., namely things that are useful to us also outside our workplace. The diploma work investigates what education actually means to employees, how much time and energy are they willing to invest in further education and more generally, the most important issue of all – what motivates them to do all this. The diploma work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part comprises an introduction, a presentation of the Vzajemna d.v.z. and a description regarding motivation and education. The practical part contains a survey, an analysis thereof as well as a conclusion at the end. The practical part was carried out through an anonymous survey, which was distributed among the employees. The subsequent interpretation of the survey questionnaire revealed that the employees have a very positive outlook on education, provided by the organisation, because in most cases they are willing to train and educate further even in their spare time . They are also in particular aware that their knowledge is the key to successful business. In conclusion, my Diploma work shows that company Vzajemna is mainly consistent of female population ages 20 to 40. High motivation for additional education among all employees is strongly present. They not only motivate themselves, but they also feel strong support from co-workers, superior and the whole organization. The main result company Vzajemna wants to achieve with additional education is that employees would have better knowledge of their rights and duties.
