Summary:Preučevanje organizacijske klime je izrednega pomena, kajti klima lahko vpliva na zadovoljstvo zaposlenih in na uspešnost poslovanja. Pri raziskovanju klime izhajamo iz vizije in ciljev ter se sprašujemo, ali obstoječa organizacijska klima vspodbuja ali zavira doseganje razvojnih ciljev. Naš cilj je ustvariti takšno klimo, ki pospešuje in podpira doseganje razvojnih ciljev združbe. V diplomski nalogi smo predstavili in preučili organizacijsko klimo, njen vpliv na organizacijo ter predstavili pojem zadovoljstva zaposlenih z delom v podjetju BRAMAC d.o.o. V teoretičnem delu smo povzeli opazovanja, stališča in sklepe o organizacijski klimi ter zadovoljstvu zaposlenih, do katerih so prišli domači in tudi avtorji. Podrobneje smo predstavili organizacijsko klimo in zadovoljstvo zaposlenih. Pri sami predstavitvi podjetja BRAMAC d.o.o. pa smo se osredotočili predvsem na zgodovino in tradicijo podjetja ter na njihove cilje in vizijo v prihodnost. Praktični del je zajemal raziskavo, ki je temeljila na anketiranju zaposlenih. Kot sredstvo za zbiranje podatkov je bil uporabljen vprašalnik, sestavljen iz različnih trditev, ki se nanašajo na dimenzije in podkategorije klime. Zaposleni so s pomočjo priložene lestvice podali svoje odgovore oziroma so izrazili svoje strinjanje s trditvami oziroma njihovo ne strinjanje. Pridobljene podatke, ki so pripomogli k ugotovitvam smo statistično obdelali in sicer smo pri vsakem odgovoru izračunali povprečno vrednost, nato smo odgovore razvrstili po podkategorijah, zopet izračunali povprečne vrednosti podkategorij in jih razvrstili v šest glavnih kategorij. Trditve in vprašanja v vprašalniku so bila namerno pomešana saj smo s tem eliminirali napačne oziroma premišljene odgovore in na ta način prišli do bolj točnih podatkov za analizo. Na podlagi pridobljenih podatkov smo obrazložili hipoteze in pripravili predlagane rešitve. Organisational climate research is of utmost importance, as the organisational climate can influence employee satisfaction and success of the business. When researching organisational climate we start from the vision and goals and ask ourselves whether the organisational climate catalyzes or inhibits the achievement of development goals. Our goals is to create such organisational climate that will accelerate and support the achievement of the company's development goals. In our thesis we present and examine the organisational climate, its influence on the organisation and present the terminus »employee satisfaction« in the company BRAMAC d.o.o. In the theoretical part we summarize observations, opinions and conclusions on organisational climate by domestic and foreign authors. We present in greater detail the organisational climate and employee satisfaction. In the presentation of the company BRAMAC d.o.o. we focus mainly on the history and tradition of the company, their goals and vision for the future. The practical part consists of research which was based on employee surveying. A questionnaire consisted of various claims covering the dimensions and subcategories of the climate was used as a method for data gathering. The employees gave their answers using the appended scale and express their agreement or disagreement with the claims. The gathered data which contributed to our findings were statistically analysed for each answer the average was calculated. After that, the answers were divided into subcategories again averages were calculated and after that divided into six main categories. The claims and questions in the questionnaire were deliberately mixed thus eliminating wrong i.e. thought-through answers and gaining more accurate data for analysis. On the basis of gathered data we explained the hypotheses and prepared the proposed solutions.
