Po navadi tako, da jih niti ne opazimo, dokler ni prepozno. Stres je danes prisoten predvsem v poslovnem življenju, vendar z vso močjo prodira tudi v zasebno. Ljudje se morajo spopadati z novo informacijsko tehnologijo, podaljševanjem delovnega časa, kratkimi pogodbenimi roki. Stres je postal socialno zlo, ki nikomur ne prizanese, vsakdo se mora z njim spopasti. Stres je bistvo sprememb, ki v življenje vnašajo raznolikost. Spremembe so neločljivo povezane z novimi izzivi, zahtevami in nevarnostmi. Ne glede na zunanje okoliščine lahko živimo uspešneje, bolj zdravo, če se naučimo živeti s stresom. Stresni odziv ni nekaj neozdravljivega. Ko odkrijemo vzrok stresa, ga lahko sami odpravimo. Pomembno je, da smo samozavestni, da znamo upravljati s časom, ga nameniti aktivnostim, ustvarjanju boljših medčloveških odnosov ter skrbi zase. Nekaj stresa potrebujemo, saj nas motivira in nam omogoča, da se osredotočimo, sprejemamo odločitve, delujemo pozitivno. Due to new kinds of threats, such as stress, depression, violence and fear, new kinds of diseases are appearing. All these changes affect us and our health as well as our well-being in our working place. Usually as such that we do not notice them until it is too late. Stress is nowadays especially present in business life, but, with its power it reaches into private life as well. People need to face new kinds of technologies, extensions of working hours, short contract schedules etc. Stress is a social mevil which spares no one. Each individual has to face it. Stres is the core of changes that bring variety in life. Changes are inseparably connected to new challenges, demands and dangers. Regardless of outside circumstances, we can live more successfully, pleasantly and healthy if we learn to live with stress. However, a stressful reaction is not something incurable. When we find the cause of stress, we can eliminate it ourselves. It is important that we are confident, that we can manage with time and dedicate more time to exercise, that we create better relations with others and that we take care of ourselves. We need a little stress, because it allows us to motivate, concentrate, make decisions and work positively. |
