Summary:V svoji diplomski nalogi z naslovom Kriza podjetja X sem skozi celotno vsebino želel ugotoviti in predstaviti bistvene težave in napake, ki dejansko pripeljejo do stanja, ki mu lahko rečemo kriza podjetja. Vsi vzvodi za preprečitev oziroma omilitev krize podjetja so v rokah managementa, in ravno oni s svojim znanjem krojijo nadaljnjo usodo ali uspeh podjetja. Samo reševanje podjetja iz krize je izredno zapleten in kompleksen proces, ki zahteva veliko znanja in natančnosti pri njenem reševanju. Cilj diplomskega dela je bil opisati vse značilnosti krize od t.i. začetka do samega konca, bodisi s propadom podjetja ali z uspešno rešitvijo, ter nadaljnjim obstojem in poslovanjem. V samih poglavjih diplomskega dela sem predstavil bistvene značilnosti, ki se nanašajo na posamezen del krize podjetja. V drugem poglavju sem opisal kaj dejansko je kriza podjetja, kdaj jo je možno opaziti, ter glede na stanje, kakšne vrste kriz poznamo. Zelo pomembno v tem delu se mi je zdelo predvsem to, kako določene skupine, ki so vključene v podjetje reagirajo ob sami krizi. Tretje poglavje opisuje samo podjetje v krizi, in njegovo ravnanje. V tem delu sem povzel bistvene značilnosti kako in na kakšen način preprečiti krizo podjetja, Četrto poglavje povzema bistvene ukrepe kako prebroditi krizo in jo rešiti, ob predpostavki, da še stanje ni nerešljivo. V petem poglavju z naslovom krizni management, je predstavljeno kaj dejansko je krizni management, kdo so lahko člani tega teama, ter naloge za katere je ta team kriznega managementa zadolžen. Poudariti je potrebno, da team kriznega managementa sestavljajo ljudje, ki so izključno usposobljeni za reševanje podjetja, v normalnem delovanju podjetja pa se znajdejo in delujejo bistveno težje. Šesto in sedmo poglavje sem namenil praktičnemu delu, in sicer v šestem poglavju z naslovom Simulacija pohištvenega podjetja X, ter model reševanja. Predstavil sem omenjeno podjetje X, ter opisal znake, za katere sem prepričan, da so povod za nastalo krizo podjetja. Sedmo poglavje opisuje model reševanja pohištvenega podjetja X. Skozi različne vzroke sem predstavil svoj pogled, kako bi pripravil načrt za reševanje omenjene situacije izbranega podjetja. In my diploma paper, titled “The Crisis in the Company X”, I tried to figure out and present the essential problems and errors that lead to the condition called the crisis of the company. The lever for prevention or mitigate the company’s crisis are in the hands of the management. The further fortune or success of the company depends on the knowledge of their management. The process of saving the company of the crisis is a very complicated and complex and requires a great amount of knowledge and accuracy. The aim of the diploma paper is to describe all of the characteristics of the crisis from the very beginning to the end, resulting either with the ruin of the company or the successful rescue with the further existence and operation of the company. In the chapters of the diploma paper I presented the essential characteristics dealing with particular parts of the company’s crisis. The second chapter describes what the crisis of a company actually is, when it is noticeable and considering the stages, the types of the crisis we know. The most important in this part is the way how certain groups included in the company react to the crisis. In the third chapter the company in the crisis and its reactions are described. This part summarizes the essential features of methods preventing the crisis of the company. The main steps of overcoming and saving the crisis with the presumption that the situation is not yet insolvable is summarized in the fourth chapter. The fifth chapter, titled Crisis Management, presents what crisis management is, who are the members of that team, and what their tasks are. We need to stress that the team of the crisis management consists of people who are qualified exclusively for saving the company and who work and shift much harder when the company operates normally. The sixth, titled The Simulation of The Furniture Company X and the seventh chapter are the empirical parts. I presented the mentioned company X and described the signs of which I am certain caused the company’s crisis. The seventh chapter describes the models for saving the furniture company X. I presented my point of view on how to make a plan for saving the existing situation of the company.
