Se hablará de la discriminación y qué tipos existen, además de lo que se puede calificar por discriminación Aquí veremos el avance que se ha producido a lo largo de los siglos sin llegar a la plena igualdad. Algunos de los movimientos feministas y normativas que han luchado por la igualdad. Los empresarios prefieren a los hombres antes que a las mujeres y por qué. Los inconvenientes y dificultades que el género femenino tiene para ascender a altos cargos y conciliar la vida familiar con la profesional. Los famosos “Techo de cristal” y “Suelo pegajoso” Como actúa la Unión Europea a esta lucha. Y la última reforma hecha sobre el derecho del trabajo que ha sido la primera del 2018 sobre la brecha salarial en Islandia.
