Description
Summary:The humpback whale is a cosmopolitan species with annual migrations between tropic breeding grounds and polar feeding grounds. Humpback whales tend to be faithful to their sites of reproduction and feeding in different parts of the world. To establish efficient conservation plans, it is essential to gather information related to site fidelity. In doing this, it can be determined what importance certain ecosystems hold in relation to the biological and ecological processes of these individuals.
