ABSTRACT This study is determination of adaptation, development and living rates of. Atlantic salmon and Rainbow trout at high salinity ( 35-37 %o ) of Aegean Sea while same study has carried on unsalty water simultaneously and companison of two environmental results. This study is formed of 4 groups with 250 each. One group consisting of salmon and trout were kept under the sea and other groups were held at unsalty water. The live weight, of Atlantic salmons were 77.93, Rainbow trouts were 86.33 grams before introducing to the sea. Atlantic salmons also have live weight of 78.10 grams and Rainbow trouts have live weight of 84.27 grams before introduction to lake. After studying for five months; Atlantic salmons increased live weights to. 372.44 and Trouts to 338.00 grams at the sea. Meanwhile Atlantic salmons increased live weights to 208.90 grams and Trouts to 336.66 grams at the lake. Highest rate of life was observed with Trouts in the lake with 100 %. Salmons rate of living were 96.8 %. Salmons in the sea arrived to 90 % and trouts to 62 %. Trouts in the sea have used their food most advantugeously ( 1.37 ).The best result for plumpness ( condition ) factor were among trout in the sea with 1.34 and the lowest resultwas 1.18 with salmons in the lake as 1.18. Studies has come to an end with starting of fish deaths on may because of high temperature in water. Studies showed that it is possible to make grow Salmon and Trout in Aegean Sea if, temperature of water is below 17 °C.
