| Summary: | "Şemsettin Sami'nin Kamus-ı Fransevi'sindeki Edebi Terimler Üzerinde Bir Araştırma" adlı Yüksek Lisans çalışmamızın birinci bölümünde, "Kamus-ı Fransevi"deki dil ve edebiyatla ilgili terimler taranarak bulunmuş ve bu terimler, Arap alfabesinden Latin alfabesine aktarılmıştır. İkinci bölümde Fransızca-Osmanlıca olan bu sözlük üzerinde tam tersi bir çalışma yapılarak Osmanlıca-Fransızca bir sözlük elde edilmiştir. Varılan sonuçları şöyle özetleyebiliriz: 1-Fransız retoriği ile Türk belagati arasında büyük benzerlikler bulunmasına rağmen farklı tasnif sistemlerine sahiptirler. Bunun sonucu terminolojiye yansımış ve terimler kapsam yönünden farklılaşmıştır. 2-Fransızca terimlerin bazılarının Türkçe tek terimle karşılanamadığı görülmüştür. 3-Birçok Türkçe terimin de Fransızca tek bir terimle karşılanamadığı görülmüştür. 4-Bazı genel terimlerin iki dilde tamamen örtüştüğü gözlenmiştir. 5-İki terminoloji arasında şöyle bir paradoksun bulunduğu tespit edilmiştir: Osmanlıca'da sinonim terimler, Fransızca'dan daha çoktur. Buna karşılık Fransızca terimler sinonim olmaktan ziyade "oppositionnel"dir; yani mukabiliyet ilişkisi içindedir. Bu durum Fransızca terimlerin daha belirgin ve kesin olmasını sağlamaktadır. 6-Fransızca'da farklı olguları ifade eden terimlerin sayısı, Osmanlıca terimlerden fazladır ve bu terimlere karşılık bulunması gerekmektedir. Şemsettin Sami, farklı olguları ifade eden bu Fransızca terimleri çok zaman tanımlamakla yetinmiştir. Bu terimlerin günümüz Türkçe'sinde de hala karşılıkları yoktur. In the first chapter of our upper greduate study that terms about language and literature in "Kâmûs-ı FransevT were scanned and found, and this terms were changed from Arabian elphabet into Latin. In the second chapter, this French-Ottoman Turkish dictionary, with an inversing operation was turned into a Ottoman Turkish-French dictionary. The results that are reached can be summarized like that: 1 -Although there are similarities between French rhetoric and Turkish rhetoric they have got different classification systems. This result reflects terminology and the terms change because of inclusiveness. 2-Some French terms haven't got one synonym in Turkish. 3-Most Turkish terms haven't got one synonym in French, too. 4-The meanings of some general terms are, completely, equivalent in two foreign language. 5-There is a paradox between the two terminologies: In the Ottoman Turkish language synonym words are much more than French. However, in French, the words are "oppositional" thus, they are in opposition. This situation causes the French terms to be more definite. 6- In French, the numbers of terms concerning with different events are much more than the numbers of terms in the Ottoman Turkish language and synonyms for these terms in French, have to be found Şemsettin Sami, only, defines the French terms about different events. Even, these terms haven't got any meaning, in Turkish nowadays.
