West Antarctic Peninsula velocity, surface and oceanic time series data supporting "Drivers of seasonal land-ice-flow variability in the Antarctic Peninsula"

This dataset contains monthly time series of (A) ice velocity, (B) 2 m air temperature, (C) surface meltwater extent, (D) 300+ m ocean temperature and (E) sea ice concentration between October 2014 and December 2021. The velocity, air temperature and meltwater time series data are averaged within 10...

Description
Summary:This dataset contains monthly time series of (A) ice velocity, (B) 2 m air temperature, (C) surface meltwater extent, (D) 300+ m ocean temperature and (E) sea ice concentration between October 2014 and December 2021. The velocity, air temperature and meltwater time series data are averaged within 10 x 10 km regions for 16 grounded outlet glaciers flowing into George VI Ice Shelf from Palmer Land and Alexander Island, West Antarctic Peninsula. The ocean temperature and sea ice concentration data are averaged within 200 x 200 km regions at the south (Ronne Entrance) and north (Marguerite Bay) fronts of George VI Ice Shelf.
