Summary: | International audience A parameterized model order reduction (PMOR) technique is proposed for the efficient frequency-domain analysis of circuits obtained by the Partial Element Equivalent Circuit (PEEC) method. The PMOR method uses an implicit moment matching approach only in the space of the design parameters and frequency is excluded. This allows achieving very compact reduced order models since the variation of the circuit response with respect to design parameters in general is much smoother than the variation with respect to frequency. Pertinent numerical results validate the proposed method. |
