Eight male canines were selected to different races and their ages between 1 and 10 years, divided in two experimental groups. From the treatment, blood samples were obtained before each application of the biologic anti-GnRH for hormonal analysis of LH, FSH, and testosterone, in addition to the measurement of testicular morphometry and histology. The treatment of the immunocasts consisted in applying to each of the individuals an inoculation at the same dose (2ml) of the biological respectively by the subcutaneous route. LH, FSH and Testosterone were analyzed before and after application of the biological in the treatment group and the control group. In addition, gonadal tissue samples were collected for histopathological analysis.
