According to Catherine Morton, this photo was taken at Cornell University: "Richard was visiting the Peregrine Project as part of a film they were doing on the endangered Peregrine Falcon. Peregrine were being propagated at Cornell and later released into the wild at various locations across the nation. Grandfather Mountain was a release site."
