Summary:Diplomsko delo opisuje izvedbo arhiviranja v sistemu za spremljanje in nadzor šaržnega procesa galvanizacije. Pogosta zahteva naročnika je enostavno prilagajanje procesa trenutnim željam in potrebam, kar zajema izdelavo lastnih tehnoloških programov in receptur. Enako pomembna je sledljivost šaržam, možen mora biti vpogled v postopek in pogoje v katerih je bila ta izdelana. Rešitve glede receptur in arhiviranja nudijo proizvajalci programske opreme za razvoj nadzornih sistemov sami, vendar so te relativno toge in zahtevajo doplačilo v obliki nakupa dodatnih licenc. Zato sem razvili lastne rešitve s pomočjo orodij, ki so na voljo v osnovnem Siemensovem programskem paketu SIMATIC WinCC. V urejevalniku skript VBS sem napisal skupek skript, ki s pomočjo gradnikov ADO omogočajo delo z bazami receptov in arhivov. Take baze so ločene od nadzornega sistema, tako da njihova uporaba ni omejena samo na nadzorni sistem, kar odpira možnost obdelave podatkov tudi na drugih računalnikih in sistemih. This thesis describes the implementation of archiving in the monitoring and supervision system for batch galvanization process. The client frequently requires a simple adaptation of the process to the current needs, which includes making its own technological programs and recipes. The traceability of the batch is equally important, so the possibility to view the procedure and the conditions under which it was made has to be provided. Vendors of control system developing softwares provide solutions for creating recipes and archives themselves, but those solutions are relatively rigid and represent an additional cost in the form of purchasing additional licenses. I have therefore developed our own solutions by using the tools that are available in the base Siemens SIMATIC WinCC software package. In the VBS script editor I've written a set of scripts, that by using ADO components can work with databases of recipes and archives. Such databases are separated from the control system, so that their use is not limited to the control system itself. This opens additional possibilities of processing data on other computers and systems.
