Zdravje učiteljev razredne stopnje Koroške regije

Summary: | Ugotavljali smo zdravstveno stanje 104 učiteljev s Koroške regije, ki poučujejo (kot razredni učitelji v razredu ali v podaljšanem bivanju ali kot športni pedagogi, ki poučujejo športno vzgojo ali delajo v podaljšanem bivanju) v osnovnih šolah. Podatke smo zbrali z vprašalnikom, ki ga je za potrebe diplomskega dela povzela dr. Vesna Štemberger po vprašalniku »Z zdravjem povezan vedenjski slog«. Vprašalnik je zajemal 19 vprašanj, ki so bila razdeljena na dva sklopa, v prvem sklopu so bila zajeta vprašanja splošnega tipa (spol, leto rojstva, delovna doba …), v drugem sklopu pa so bila vprašanja o zdravstvenih težavah in okvarah (obisk zdravnika, odsotnost od dela, ocena in skrb za lastno zdravje, stres, bolezni in težave …). Cilji raziskave so bili ugotoviti, kako učitelji Koroške regije skrbijo za svoje zdravje in koliko ur na teden so športno dejavni. Ugotoviti smo želeli, katere zdravnike so obiskali v preteklih 12-ih mesecih, kdaj jih običajno obiščejo, ugotoviti, koliko dni na leto v povprečju izostanejo od dela. Želeli smo ugotoviti, koliko sodelujočih učiteljev se počuti napete, pod stresom in velikim pritiskom in kako se s to težavo spopadajo, koliko od njih je kadilcev, ter koliko jih kadi v bivalnih prostorih ali koliko jih živi z nekom, ki kadi v bivalnih prostorih. Ugotoviti smo želeli, kakšen je njihov odnos do lastne teže, predvsem pa ugotoviti, katere bolezni, stanja ter zdravstvene težave so prisotne pri sodelujočih učiteljih. Z raziskavo smo ugotovili, da 60 % učiteljev meni, da za svoje zdravje skrbi kar dobro. Ugotovili smo, da je od vseh sodelujočih učiteljev kar 92 % takšnih, ki so v prostem času športno dejavni. V zadnjih 12-ih mesecih je največ (76 %) učiteljev obiskalo zobozdravnika in (62,5 %) splošnega zdravnika, ti obiski pa so bili najbolj pogosti meseca januarja. Kar 60,6 % učiteljev Koroške regije največkrat obiščejo zdravnika takrat, ko si sami več ne morejo pomagati. V povprečju so učitelji izostali od pouka 5,5 dni na leto. Ugotovili smo, da se 55,8 % učiteljev počuti občasno pod stresom, pritiski in napetosti, a jih kar 78 % pravi, da se z njimi zlahka spopadajo. 33 % vseh učiteljev sedaj kadi, 7,7 % pa jih živi v bivalnih prostorih, kjer se kadi. Ugotovili smo, da je 61 % učiteljev, od vseh sodelujočih, zadovoljnih s svojo lastno telesno težo. Prevladujoče bolezni in stanja so alergije, z njimi se spopada kar 21, 2 % učiteljev, veliko, 19,2 %, pa tudi z boleznimi in okvarami hrbtenice. Njihove najpogostejše težave, povezane z delom, so utrujenost, prehlad in hripavost. In my work we were trying to find out the health condition of 104 teachers in Koroška region, who teach (as class teachers in their classes in after school schedule or as sport pedagogues who teach sport education or after school schedule) in primary school. Data was assembled with a questionnaire which was summarized after the questionnaire »Z zdravjem povezan vedenjski slog«. for the needs of this diploma work by dr. Vesna Štemberger. The questionnaire included 19 questions which were divided into two sections. First section included common type of questions like sex, year of birth, working period .). In the second section there were questions about health problems and injuries (visits at doctors, absence from work, evaluation of their own health an concern about the health, illnesses and problems …) The main objective of the research was to find out how do teachers in Koroška region take care of their own health and how many hours per week they do active sport. Furthermore we wanted to find out which doctors they have visited in the last 12 months, what kind of reason the usually visit them and how many days they are in average absent from work. We also wanted to find out how many teachers who participated in our research feel different tensions, under a lot of stress, under pressure and how they deal with these problems. We wanted to know how many of them are smokers, how many smoke in residences and how many live with a person who smokes in their presence. The research also included questions about relation to their body weight but mostly we wanted to find out what illnesses, conditions and medical problems are present with the teachers. With our research we could prove that 60 % of the participated teachers think they take good care of their health, 92 % of them are sportily active during their free time. In the last 12 months the dentist with 76 % and the personal doctor were the two most visited types of doctor and the visits were most frequent in January. Most of the teachers (60,6 %) visit the doctor not until they cannot help themselves anymore. In average the teachers were absent from work 5,5 days in a year. We found out that 55,8 % of teachers occasionally feel under stress, pressure or other tensions and 78 % think they can cope with them easily. 33 % of teachers at present are smokers, 7,7 % of them live in a living space with smokers. 61 % of teachers are happy with their current body weight. The prevailing illnesses or conditions are different allergies which include 21,2 % of the teachers a lot of them 19,2 % have problems with their spine. The most common problems related with work are tiredness, cold and raucousness. |
