Summary:Zaključna naloga obravnava snovanje in modeliranje čistilne naprave za povratno plastično embalažo. V podjetju se je pokazala potreba po hitrejšem in cenejšem čiščenju plastičnih pladnjev za izdelke, zabojev, pokrovov in drugih kosov embalaže, ki se uporablja za skladiščenje izdelkov. Trenutno se embalaža čisti z mokrim pranjem, kar je zamudno, potratno in ne prinaša želenih rezultatov. Za novo napravo so podali glavne zahteve, da je premična, lahko čisti različne velikosti embalaže, ter da kot čistilni medij uporablja zrak. Na podlagi zahtev smo določili princip delovanja nove naprave in zasnovali koncept. Z izdelavo CAD modela smo dimenzionirali glavne komponente ter določili njihovo razporeditev. Vgradili smo sistem za izpihovanje z zrakom pod pritiskom, ki ga na trgu ponuja priznan proizvajalec. Poleg tega je za večje kose embalaže dodan tudi sistem izpihovanja s puhalom. Ker smo ta sistem zasnovali sami, smo njegovo učinkovitost dokazali s simulacijo zračnega toka pri čiščenju. The final thesis deals with the design and modelling of a cleaning device for reusable plastic packaging. In the company there was a need for faster and cheaper cleaning of plastic product trays, crates, lids and other parts of packaging used for product storage. Currently, packaging is cleaned by wet washing, which is time-consuming, wasteful and does not produce the desired results. The main requirements for the new cleaning device were that it be mobile, able to clean different sizes of packaging, and used air as the cleaning medium. Based on the requirements, we defined the operating principle of the new device and designed the concept. During the CAD model creation, we selected the main components and determined their layout. We installed a cleaning system which uses compressed air, offered on the market by a well-known manufacturer.
