Summary:V diplomskem delu sem preučil organizacijo, organizacijo dela in sistemizacijo delovnih mest. Opredelil sem pomen organizacije, kakšni so njeni cilji ter dejavnike, ki vplivajo na to, da se organizacije med seboj razlikujejo in se posledično trudijo postati uspešnejše. Čeprav ima izbrano podjetje skoraj 40 zaposlenih, je bilo ugotovljeno, da podjetje nima izdelane ustrezne sistemizacije delovnih mest, zato sem preučil pomen sistemizacije dela in delovnih mest, zakonodajo, analizo delovnih mest in človeških virov, ki so vpeti v sam proces dela. Na podlagi analize podjetja in delovnih mest sem predlagal nekaj izboljšav v organizaciji dela s poudarkom na boljši komunikaciji v podjetju in razvijanju uspešne delovne sile. V izbranem podjetju do takrat sistemizacija ni bila dodelana do take mere, da bi služila svojemu namenu. Ob raziskavi obstoječih delovnih mest so bile na podlagi tega predlagane ustrezne spremembe, saj sistemizacija dela ni vključevala razdelitve na tarifne in plačilne razrede, način nagrajevanja in napredovanja ni bil določen, manjkali pa so tudi nekateri drugi podatki. Z izboljšavami bi v podjetju omogočili uspešno delovno okolje, organizacijsko kulturo, kjer bi vsi zaposleni imeli svoj delež pri uresničitvi svojih potencialov ter bi obenem pomagali sami organizaciji pri uresničitvi ciljev. In the project work, we examined the organization, organization of work and systematization of jobs. We have defined the importance of the organization, what are the goals and the factors that influence the organizations to differ from each other and consequently strive to become successful and efficient. Since the selected company has almost 40 employees, we found during the research that the company does not have an appropriate systematization of jobs, so we examined the importance of systematization of work and jobs, legislation, examine the analysis of jobs and human resources involved in the work process itself. Based on the analysis of the company and jobs, we seuggested some improvements in the organization of work with an emphasis on better communication in the company and the development of a successful workforce. In the selected company, the systematization was not made to such an extent that it would serve its purpose. Appropriate changes were proposed on the basis of the survey of existing jobs, as the systematisation of work did not include division into tariff and pay classes, the method of remuneration and promotion was not determined and other data that the previous systematisation did not contain. The improvements would enable a successful work environment in the company, an organizational culture where all employees would have their share in the realization of their potentials, and at the same time would help the organization itself in achieving its goals.
