Summary:Ena glavnih značilnosti našega časa je globalizacija, ki zadeva skoraj vse vidike našega življenja, še posebej gospodarske dejavnosti, kot je podjetništvo. Sodobno podjetništvo pomeni poslovanje na mednarodni ravni. Podjetniki v glavnem uporabljajo dva pristopa k mednarodnemu tržišču. Prvi način je pristop z več nadzora, pri čemer morajo preučiti več dokumentacije in sami nadzorujejo poslovne procese. To je časovno in stroškovno potratno. Druga možnost je zaupanje potencialnemu partnerju na osnovi subjektivne presoje. Zdi se, da je ta možnost bolj tvegana, vendar pri odločanju za poslovno partnerstvo pomembno pripomore k prihranku časa in truda, kar v sodobnih razmerah pomeni veliko poslovno prednost. Eden ključnih dejavnikov uspešnega sodelovanja je zaupanje poslovnemu partnerju. Običajno ruski podjetniki v domačem okolju nadzirajo svoje partnerje obratno sorazmerno s stopnjo zaupanja. Raziskovalno vprašanje je, kako ruski podjetniki nadzirajo svoje partnerje v Sloveniji, v kolikšni meri jim zaupajo ter kako vzpostavijo ravnotežje med zaupanjem in nadzorom v povsem novem življenjskem okolju (v Sloveniji). Torej, ali obstaja povezava med stopnjo zaupanja in stopnjo nadzora med ruskim in slovenskim poslovnim partnerjem v Sloveniji. Cilj raziskave je ugotoviti, ali obstaja razmerje med zaupanjem in nadzorom v poslovnih odnosih med ruskimi in slovenskimi partnerji. One of the main features of our time is globalization. This phenomenon affects almost all aspects of our lives, especially economic activities, such as entrepreneurship. Modern entrepreneurship means doing business internationally. Entrepreneurs generally use two approaches to accessing the international market. The first is the approach with more control, whereby entrepreneurs need to study more documentation and control the business processes themselves. This method is very time consuming and costly wasteful. Another option is to trust a potential partner on the basis of a subjective judgment. This option seems to be more risky, but in deciding for a business partnership, it is important to save time and effort. In modern times, saved time can be a great business advantage. One of the most important factors of successful cooperation is trust and high level of confidence in the business partner. Usually, Russian entrepreneurs in the home environment, monitor their partners in reverse proportion to the level of trust. It is important to analyze how Russian entrepreneurs control their partners in Slovenia, to what extent they trust them, and how they gain a balance between trust and control in a completely new business environment (in Slovenia). The fundamental research question of the master's thesis is, whether there is a link between the level of confidence and the degree of control between the Russian and Slovenian business partners in Slovenia. The aim of the research is to determine, whether there is a correlation between trust and level of control in business relations between Russian and Slovenian partners.
