Summary: | This artide serves as a needs assessment of education in Mexico, guided by comprehensive educational reform process is currently done. It starts from two key concepts, educational reform and the quality of education to try to understand the changes proposed by the government of the republic and the national workers' union (SNTE). Its development begins with a description of how it formed the national education system and culminates in that educational needs assessment, taking into account that the reform in currently in process.Key-words: educational reform, educational quality, educational coverage. El presente articulo realiza un diagnóstico de necesidades de la educación en México, orientado por el proces o de reforma educativa integral que actualmente se lleva a cabo. Se parte de dos conceptos clave; la reforma educativa y la calidad de la educación para intentar entender los cambios propuestos por el gobiern o de la república y el Sindicato Nacional de Trabajadores de la Educación - SNTE. En su desarrollo inicia con una descripción de como se formo el sistema educativo nacional y culmina en el mencionado diagnóstico de necesidades educativas, tomando en cuenta que actualmente la reforma está en proceso inicial.Palabras-clave: reforma educativa, calidad de la educación, cobertura educativa. |
