Response to Sherley FP/PANEL/WP/06

Comments are made on conclusions by Sherley in FP/PANEL/WP/06 concerning estimates of the closure effect from the island closure experiment. In particular, the reasons given in WP/06 for preferring common estimates of these effects across Robben and Dassen islands are challenged.
