Description
Summary:The longline CPUE series for Inaccessible, Nightingale and Gough islands are GLMM standardised through to 2022. Year, month, area, trap-type, soak time, depth, sequential day and year-area interactions are treated as fixed effects, and year-month interactions treated as a random effect. The recent standardised CPUEs for Inaccessible and Nightingale continue to be high (well above the Itar level), with those for Gough recently having risen to also be substantially higher than the Itar value.
